I have a 2012 chevy Cruze. I took my car here for a recommendation that I get my timing belt changed after 100000 miles . When I first took my car to them they told me a price to get it changed but later I kept getting calls to pay more money and that other thing associated with the timing belt would cost me more. If they would have done a complete diagnostic I would have not brought my car here to get fixed for the price I ended up paying . I paid it anyway and when my car was returned my engine light was on which was not on when I brought the car to them . I had not had any problems with my car until it was returned to me . Two weeks later after I got my timing belt changed my car broke down in the middle of the street . Thinking that they would fix whatever went wrong I had my car towed back to them. they then told me they were not responsible. my alternator went out and serpentine belt snapped , I had to come out another 1200. This is now a week and a half later and my car barely wants to start. I am now taking it somewhere else because I refuse to pay 200 for another diagnosis for them to tell me they are not responsible. I note again that I had no issues with my Cruze until I took my car to auto pro. I completely regret taking my car here to get a timing belt changed solely because I hit a 100000 miles. My car barely wants to start, I have a chugging noise, and my engine light is on. Problems that Ive never had. I have to now pay for another repair and I am VERY unsatisfied.

I took my Volvo in for a slight clunking noise in the front. I had already had it looked at by my regular mechanic who told me it was an inexpensive and half an hour fix. I took it to Auto Pro at Shelby Township because they were open on Saturday. Red flag: Tom told us a dissatisfied customer tried to run him over in the parking lot earlier in the week. I left my car and was shocked an hour later when Tom called to tell me my car needed a whole new front end and it was going to be about $950.00. Needless to say I picked my car up, called Mr. Muffler in Romeo who looked at it immediately, gave me an estimate of $150.00 and had it ready in three hours. Thank you to Mr. Muffler for their integrity and not to try to take advantage of a woman.

I have had my truck in for brakes....1st time Mgr indicated i needed new front and back brakes/rotors ...I had front done apx 1 year before, but I gave the ok until I realized after getting pads back they were new. 2nd time truck began shaking terribly, took back they changed rotors. 3rd time brakes are squeaking. Spoke with a new MGR Tom and he insisted he will make it right.... Tom is now handling and im confident this is a good change for the company. Thank you Tom

Awful experience. Came in due to break light being on and ended up needing new barrings, axial, sensors, and rotor. I had to come back 4... yes.. FOUR times due to bad barrings, axial, and rotor that they put on my car the first 3 times. I wish I could have gone somewhere else but I had already spent over $1,000 with them and wasnt going to leave without the problem being fixed. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

The team at Auto pro car services are all friendly and helpful. I have been taking my car(s) to them for several years and have always received excellent treatment. I believe their prices are extremely competitive and the service is first class. I will continue to use Auto pro car services for the foreseeable future.

Biggest crooks in the buisness. Stay away!!!! Had my car towed to them and they told me theyll scan for "free" and they did nothing else then that and charged me $40 dollars.Never in my life would I ever make the mistake of going to this place. Frank is a crook. He wants $150 to "diagnose"

Those guys use cupom as predatory stuff! I came for free inspection and got a call from a employee saying million of things and for some reason they assumed I would pay additional hours of service to look into more details. I end up paying $200 for nothing other than the inspection itself

Great business, really top notch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have been going for about 2 years. And Im a pretty regular customer since I have 2 cars from the early-mid 90s. Always a great price and great customer service. Auto Pro is great. They wow at every transaction.
