Very Unfriendly staff after midnight. Im here only on the late nights, theres just a few customers working out, the weights were all over the place before I going in. The staff come over tell me I need to put away the weight after I used the workout machine. Excuse me? Its late night, the staff should tell every other customers to do so or they can put away the weights by themself before I going in. They have time to do so, there is not many people in the GYM . If all the weight in place, I would more then happy to put away the weights when Im done. But, I dont like to do their job. Maybe because the staff afraid to tell others, and Im look like is nice enough to pick on. Very unhappy about this.

Couldnt find franchise contact info anywhere nor could an an employee give me any to convey a problem to upper management. Complete bullshit that you HAVE to sign up with a checking account routing number rather than a credit card and even more bullshit that they claim its for member safety. The CEO of this company has publicly said their business model revolves around hoping their members forgot they have a membership bc of such a small monthly charge.

Very clean. Just upgraded all of their cardio equipment and added 2 stair masters(6-8-2016). Free weights go up to 75lbs. which I have never seen at any other Planet Fitness location. The building is small so its a bit more compact than other locations. One downfall is the tanning. Only level 2 stand ups available and they are very small, port-a-potty like booths. I am 61 225lbs and it was very uncomfortable.

Staff is friendly however they will charge your account as much as they want and apparently will not be willing to correct the problem. Been dealing with this for a couple weeks now! Thanks planet fitness If I could leave negative stars I would.

Great, clean, friendly Gym. Too many staff changes for management though. This planet is also a little out of date compared to the others too around in the area too. Still, definitely a good gym.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility is pretty clean. This is definitely one of the nicest PF locations Ive ever been to.

Good for 24/7gym with low price..the only thing i didnot like. There is no seperate room for 30 min workout or stretching room as the one on 15 mile

Planet fitness is still the best gym, but this location is not as clean, well maintained or as friendly as the Troy location.

Good location, friendly knowledgeable staff. Nice equipment not as nicely laid out as other locations but it works!

Staff is garbage, very rude, anything goes or happens in this gym. Only plus is newer equipment.
