I was one of those people who laughed at crossfit, then I decided to try it out for myself back in June of 2016. After a week, I was hooked. The coaches were knowledgeable about the movements and what weight I should start out at. You know that they have your best interest at heart, and will continue to push you. The programming was challenging, but fun. I used to only be able to front squat 135 pounds when I used to workout on my own. But with proper coaching, and an amazing programming, I was recently able to hit a 295 pound front squat. The community here is also a factor that drew me in. The people you workout with arent the typical "mind my own business" kind of people you normally get at a regular gym. Theyll encourage you to get that last rep in, and give you a fist bump afterwards whether or not you do get it. In short, the people here are really accepting regardless of what experience you have with crossfit. This place became my home away from home. Try it out, you wont regret it!

Im from France and its been 6 months I moved to the US with my husband. First thing we did was to enroll to this Crossfit gym (2 days after our arrival). We used to do Crossfit in France, and we wanted to continue it. In Battle tested crossfit, we felt like home right away. The community is unique, as diverse as it is large. Integration was easy. Coaches are qualified, passionated, dedicated to you. They understand your goals and help you to improve your skills, strength... I was not used to lift weights. Im tall and thin, I dont have a muscular physique. But thanks to the coaches Im building my technique little by little and Im now able to squat 125 pounds which is huge for me. You can also monitor your scores and see your progress thanks to an app provide by this Crossfit gym. This is so useful and necessary if you want to keep track of your progress and make new goals! Just try, come encourage us and be encouraged. You wont regret.

Battle Tested CrossFit is a spectacular gym that not only provides the highest level of training and expertise, but also an unbelievably great community that truly creates a home away from home. The coaches and staff are amazing people, well trained, and very knowledgeable. The facility itself is huge, and the gym provides Crossfit classes, as well as mobility, Olympic weightlifting, and open gym. As a member who focuses more on Olympic weightlifting, it is also great that they provide a side lifting room for when another class is going on. Since joining not only does my body feel and looks better, but also personally I am more confident in my overall abilities as an athlete. This gym honestly provides an experience you can rarely find. With coaches and other members that will always push you and help you become the best you can be physically and mentally, being a member here was and is one of the best decisions I have made.

I had never formally worked out in my life until joining Crossfit. It was really intimidating at the start to watch people lift weights and perform so well. But that fear died out pretty soon. Thanks to the great coaches and the friendly environment in the gym. Folks here are very motivating and ready to help you with your questions. Now after almost a year, I am amazed at my abilities. Olympic lifting is something I enjoy the most. I look forward to our work out classes everyday. They are challenging and leave you feeling accomplished at the end.The gym is clean, big and is suited to people of all fitness levels. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for something beyond conventional gymming. Try it here guys,you will surely love Crossfit! Keep up the good work Erica and Mike!!

Ive been going to this gym for a year now, and it has been a great experience! I never lifted before coming to BTCF, and I found it very intimidating. Luckily, the coaches here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They spend a considerable amount of time making sure everyone in class understands the movements properly, and is using correct form. Also, they provide a scaled version for every workout, so you are able to complete each workout no matter what your level of fitness is at the moment.

It is so empowering to be able to walk into a gym with no formal weight lifting/cross train experience and feel at ease. From the owner and coach to all other members they provide an environment to push yourself without feeling judged. I was instantly hooked. Group work outs push each person at their own level.Correct Form is more important than adding weight. Each workout is throughly explained and instructed!!

I registered for the Bootcamp a few weeks ago and I dont regret it ! For beginners, people from other sports or if you dont want to lift weights, this formula offers three sessions a week with committed and knowledgeable coachs.
