If you have the misfortune to have to deal with the people at this autozone make sure you talk to the manager. I needed a fan clutch wrench for my 02 VW passat, the moron i delt with gave me a pair of fan clutch wrenches for a ford and said "these are for a ford but should probably work" of course both of the wrenches were the wrong size. After i got the correct fan clutch wrench from murrays parts city (highly reccomended going to murrays instead of this autozone) i went back to this autozone for a replacement alternator, i asked the same moron who gave me the wrong fan clutch wrench to test the new alternator. not only was the mounting hardware a different size for this "new" alternator it also failed the test, the employee continues to BS me and says the machine is probably broken. If the machine is broken then why are then even using it to test alternators? Total waste of time.

This location is SLOW SLOW SLOW. Do not go there, call, look in that general direction if you have any hopes of getting what you need in an efficient manner. I have been in there multiple times for parts and every time it seemed as if someone put the person helping me in slow motion. They easily get side tracked with other things even if you were being helped already. The final nail in the coffin was when I called today twice, both times I was put on hold and told it would be just a second and 5-7 minutes later I ended up hanging up. All I needed was a part ordered to the store for pickup, but seeing as they couldnt stay on the line I will take my business elsewhere. I recommend you do too.

Literally the BEST auto store ever! They ALWAYS help me and save me money from having to go to a shop! The staff is super knowledgeable and so friendly! This is our go to place for every and anything auto related! I dont review much at all, but I was so impressed with the the staff coming! This is an amazing location, and I highly recommend going here before an auto shop as they can likely help identify the issue or help fix it!

On a busy Sunday, the battery on my 2010 Focus decided it had enough and quit on me. I was able to make to the Auto Zone and sure enough the manager herself tested the alternator and battery, confirming that the batter was indeed bad. She changed it herself in about 15 minutes. It was nice to get a hand on something I have had to do many times over. She did a professional job, and got me back on schedule.

The service there is very good, they checked the engine with the Auto Scan tool and then they replaced a sensor for me, for free!. I just paid the sensor price. All of that were done in a short time.

Drove here after calling to verify that they had a tool for rent in stock, showed up and didnt have the tool and they hardly cared that I wasted a trip. Wouldnt recommend this place.
