Mixed experience on my end, I brought my 2005 Kia Sorento down to get my AC leak tested and charged, they did this immediately and without wait as they had no other business at the time, they determined my compressor is leaking and my condenser is leaking, quoted me for the repair. Two days later I had let them know I ordered the parts and would be paying to have them do the AC repair, the next day my car made a funny noise and was spraying fluid into the engine compartment, I stopped by on my way home as I do IT Consulting for a living and if my car is down and out I have no income, I simply wanted them to let me know what else I needed so I could order the parts and get that repaired as well when I had them do the AC, they refused to even take 2 minutes to look under the hood and see if they could give an educated guess on what the leak was from, and then for some odd reason seemed offended when I told them I would have to take it somewhere else to get it looked at then. I would give them credit if both of them where in the middle of doing something but they had 1 car in the shop, which still left 1 employee who was not in the middle of anything (had just finished a phone call) (I believe that was the owner?) and he still couldnt be bothered to even peek under the hood knowing I am spending almost $600.00 the following week at his business (in labor, not parts). Needless to say I will be getting my AC and all future work done elsewhere, maybe being a business owner myself has made me hold other businesses to too high of a standard, I know if I turned a customer away on a computer repair job for a simple 2 minute evaluation to give an educated guess, I would not have any business. Regardless, had they offered to like I said take 2 minutes to look under my hood to save me having to get my car repaired twice because of waiting for parts, or risk more damage by not knowing what is wrong, they would have had a customer for life. I ended up self diagnosing it as a leak in the high pressure power steering line, hopefully I made the right call and am not wasting money because I had to make the guess myself.

I went in to have my car diagnosed after a change in my temp gage went all the way up. I arrived at the shop and was told what the cost would be for this check and if they did the repair I would not be charged additional for the check. I was told that they could not repair it that day but they could check it now and I could come back tomorrow for the repair. After the diagnostic was performed I was told my gaskets were blown and my engine was toast. They charged me for the diagnostic and 2 gals of antifreeze (I had 2 gals in my back seat area) a whopping $99.00 and was told they did not work on chrysler vehicles. Since then I have had free diagnostic that say there are three things wrong with the car but it is not blown. Affordable auto is recommended on two other website searches as Auto repair shops recommended for my car. I feel ripped off!

Not affordable. Had my car towed to this place, got starter changed quote $750, later reduced to $660. Let a familiar shop just did my brake and oil change same parts and work to them will no much over $400. Since my car could not start and go anywhere I had to fix at that ripoff price anyway.

This is an amazing shop. They work fast and got the problem that needed to be fixed, fixed. Steve is a good and honest man. I had absolutely no problem with this shop and will be coming back if I need anything in the future!
