30 minutes before they close and we got a flat less than 100 yards from their front door. We first thought, "what a great spot to get a flat" Boy we were wrong. Walked in and waited for 10 minutes while 4 different employees stared at us. Finally the owner at the desk finished with a customer and asked what he could do for us. I gave him the story, out grocery shopping and seen that we had low air in the back and a screw in the tire. We tried to make it from the grocery store on the north end of town to the tire shop and almost made it all the way but lost all air about 50 yards from the shop. We have got a trunk full of groceries and all I need is the tire plugged. The hole is directly in the middle of the tread, should be an easy fix. The guy smiled and asked if we were going to leave it over night. I just reminded him that we had a trunk full of groceries and that Id like to get it fixed now so we could go home. He politely said sorry but we just dont have enough time tonight. 20 minutes til close and I want to get a tire plugged that takes less than 10 minutes. I offered to pay their mechanic a $20 tip on top of the charge. He walked into the back to consult with his mechanic and came out and said, "nope, we close in 15 minutes sorry." What a joke! I changed a tire in their parking lot while 2 employees stared at me through the window. Take your business to Discount Tire in Auburn Hills. This small business that is family owned doesnt know the first thing about customer service. I wouldnt spend a nickel in that place. Ive had more than enough experience with tires and compared to either Discount Tire or Belle Tire its amazing these guys are still in business..... Truly shocked that Ive been treated better at a big box tire shop than a local family owned business. Truly disappointed.

Counter employee stopped listening to me as soon as I began to speak. I was condesendingly told how long it was going to be before they could help me, which waiting was not an issue...one would expect to wait at a car shop without appt. BUT why was it spoken to me with such an attitude ? (Maybe making me feel like I was being an inconvenience was more important than what I was saying about what tire I was having a problem with ) After they got my car in and had it about 1/2 hour my car was returned to me but the WRONG tire was "fixed" ..for $20.00!!! So they put the car back into the garage...put my spare on and "refunded" me $8.00 of the $20.00!!!...REALLY?.... and put on my invoice that CUSTOMER TOLD THEM WRONG TIRE...let me just say that IF MY TIRE COULDVE MADE IT TO BELLE TIRE, I would have gone there. I was losing air too quickly to do that. Brandon didnt even have a new tire that would work and wouldnt for another day or so. I am now at Belle T. and they will have everything done in a matter of minutes and can I get myself to work....

Brandon Tire is fantastic, and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. Today, I called these guys 25 minutes before they closed. I had been having tire trouble - my bent aluminum rim was leaking air pretty badly - and I had sourced some older rims and tires that fit my car, and I needed them installed. I could have done that myself, but the tires had separated from the rim and there was no seal, so they just leaked air like crazy. Anyway, I rang these guys up and told them the situation, and they managed to work me in. They really saved the day for me; I had no way of sealing the tires myself, and the rim leak on my aluminum rim was so bad that there was a very real danger of the tire coming off the rim if I left it overnight. The staff were very cordial, and they charged a fair amount for the services rendered. Highly recommended.

We got a flat at a customers home close to this shop. Brent our service writer was very polite, and they pulled the vehicle in about 1 hour and 45 minutes without us having an appointment. They replace 2 rear tires, mounted and balanced the total time was about 2 .5 hours. The shop was very busy….Overall I would go back to them, the only down side I see is this mysterious charge called a “Tire Package” for a total of $40.00 I was told we were given a “out the door price” and this was included in that price. I guess I would of felt better if it said labor, or something other than “Package”. It feels like a place for them to through a miscellaneous charge on the invoice!

I havent had any issues with asking anyone at Brandon Tire about fixing a few flat tires in a reasonable amount of time. Ive had 4 new tires installed on my SRT Jeep while I was at work and also dropped off my big Farm Tractor front tires (12" x 24" rims) to have them done eventually which ended up being the same day. Ive even had lawn mower tires w/ tubes installed after destroying the tube on my own before hand... They can order any tire you want and you can also have tires shipped there if needed. Realize how hard these guys work and always call ahead to make sure you can get in the same day or if you need to leave your vehicle overnight.

Went in with 1 tire needing replacement, in reality i know all 4 are quite old and expected a salesman to suggest I buy a whole new set. Instead, they helped me with my one tire and agreed that my plan to make it through one more summer on my old tires was smart and doable considering my desire to save the money right now. I will buy my next set of new tires from here.

I have always had great service at Brandon Tire. Quick in and out for oil changes and tire rotations. I have bought my last 4 sets of tires here and will continue to come back because of the great customer service. They have always been honest with me to. Being a woman, service shops tend to take advantage of our gender! Thanks guys for always treating me like family!

So I had someone stab my tire in the middle of the night and just drove up with a hole in my tire and just got stuck in front of there shop with a flat tire because no one is here at 8:40 on a Saturday and Ive been here since 7:30 hoping maybe someone might come early.......now I have to use that fix a flat stuff on my tire and to say the least I am not happy

I went there today, thought i was gonna be broke afterwards the mechanic looked at my front end and told me there was mud caked up on my wheel well.. He scraped it off and gave me my keys and said. No charge! That has restored some faIth in honesty now days it is a rare thing especially in an auto repair shop. Thanx guys my business will always go to you.

These guys are terrific . They always help and give you good advice as to what should be done. they take unexpected customers to fix problems that may arrive even near the end of the day. I have always been very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks keep up the good work.
