Superior Plumbing and Heating has been my service provider for heating and cooling for many years. I have received nothing but excellent care during that time with respectful and knowledgeable service providers, Jason, Nate, and the owner, Kevin. Kevin is an amazing person in that he will do everything possible to help out. He has stopped by without an appointment when Ive called about a problem and not only helped me out, but did it with a smile and an upbeat word of friendship. I recently called him about a problem with my brothers thermostat, and he came out even though I had the wrong date. He fixed what was wrong at their house, and even weed whacked around their AC unit and blew leaves away from their entrance. He has offered advice to me when I questioned him about relevant appliance ads that came my way, and I truly appreciate his opinions. I dont think you could find a nicer owner or a better company for your heating and cooling needs! When one is a widow and used to relying on a husband who knows a lot more about these kinds of things than I do, having someone like Kevin to trust and rely on really makes my day. Kevin (owner of Superior Plumbing and Heating) will do the work right and treat your property as if it were his own. He will also talk you through different options, and he will recommend the option that makes the most sense, not necessarily the option that will make him the most money. I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at my house, and other plumbing jobs done by Superior at my rental property, and I have been extremely pleased. There is no need to look elsewhere, this is the business and owner you have been looking for. My A/C and furnace installation actually exceeded my expectations, Kevin took extra time to route the copper cooling line where it made SENSE and again, not where it was easiest/quickest. I cant imagine a review under 5 stars unless it is a competitor, and there are are many around here. FEEL FREE to ping me directly on G+ and ask me about my experience.

Recently, Superior was out to install new furnace, water heater and additional plumbing to our new home. I cannot say enough about the excellent job Jason and the team from Superior performed in our home. Starting with Kevin (owner) and how helpful and fair he was in coming to our home and working out a few approaches to our needs. That was followed up with Jasons splendid on time performance. Due the vastness of the job - it took several days to complete which gave me an good opportunity to see the team from Superior at work. At all times they were polite, professional, efficient, always taking the time to explain the why and why nots of everything we were doing. They have no problem traveling from Waterford to Rochester for our business. My husband and I highly, highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Heating.

Kevin is fantastic. I needed a sink faucet replaced because of a leak. Kevin would not fix it, thats right I said would not fix it. However this is not because he doesnt know what he is doing , but because it wasnt safe to, and I respect that. We have some mold growing and Kevin suggested a product at the hardware store for cleaning it up. He also didnt want to sell me a faucet that wasnt purchased from a manufacturer he trusted, but he didnt reccomend the most expensive one, he suggested a good quality one. Rest assured you can trust Kevin if he agrees to do a job to do it right and if not I can tell from experience he took the time to talk on the phone to help me even when he wasnt going to do the work.

Ive used Kevin and company at Superior 4 times over the course of 7 years for my rental unit. Everything from a leaky toilet valve to a completely new HVAC system this past winter, repairs never took more than a day to arrive and a day to repair. Ive never been upsold, and even Kevin even managed to keep the HVAC system on life support the first time it had issues (per my request) because a $3500 fix wasnt in the cards at the time. Ive referred them to friends who had the same experience, and Ill be contacting them again as part of the rental remodel. Why on earth anyone would give this group a bad review is beyond me!

We were without A/C on the hottest day of the year, and I made several calls to other businesses only to be told they couldnt get to me till next week. Superior came through when we needed them and did a superior job. Nate was very polite and energetic, working tirelessly in the heat to repair the air conditioning unit and ensure everything was working properly when he left. At the end of the day, the price was very reasonable for what we had done. I couldnt be happier.

Superior Plumbing and Heating was top notch today! I called thinking my garbage disposal took a crapper. I spoke with Kevin and he simply walked me through the process to fix it over the phone (including safety precautions) . I was able to fix it on my own. No service fee or any fee at all. So thankful, because most companies would have charged me a service fee or house visit fee and probably convinced me to get a new one when that was not necessary. Thank you Kevin!

Oh the joy of A/C on a hot, humid day! Thanks to Kevin and the team and Superior for getting me back up and running. This is an honest, hardworking company who will do all they can to accommodate customers and never try to sell you something you dont need or do unnecessary repairs. In fact, they even gave me a break on the cost because I was unemployed. You cant get a better plumbing, heating and cooling company to work with!

We had a company through Home Advisor come out. The technician that came out knew nothing about our tankless water heater. We then contacted Superior Plumbing, Kevin came out to our house, he knew everything about the water heater. He contacted the manufacture, they overnighted a part directly to our home. When it arrived we called Kevin, he returned and fixed our tankless water heater. Now they have a customer for life.

Highly Recommended! On one of the hottest days of the summer, my AC unit broke. They told me they couldnt get to me until the next day unless a cancellation happened. Well someone cancelled and they came to fix my unit the same day. Price was reasonable, and the pro tips I got afterwards for increasing airflow through the house was invaluable. Awesome service, will definitely use in the future.

On a hot 90+ degree day and after 7:00 PM, Kevin walked me through a simple fix for my AC over the phone. He was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. When was the last time you had a repair company help without wanting to come out and collect a large service fee just for showing up? I will be using and recommending Superior to all my friends and neighbors.
