I was extraordinarily impressed with the service work I received from T&J rooter. From the moment they walked in the door I knew their service was going to be better than most because they actually wore booties! A few other plumbers in the past merely tracked mud throughout my house and didnt bother to apologize nor clean it up. T&Js service was quick, clean, and the professionalism from the plumber was amazing. He explained my issue in detail and once the work was completed, he showed me the finished work and I was impressed with the detail and neatness. He suggested a few other things that needed to be worked on but was not adamant or hard pressed on getting more money out of me. I would definitely recommend T&J Rooter service to friends or family and I will gladly use them again.

After having a different plumber snake my bathroom line to the mainline I discovered the next day that the other line was still clogged. Unbeknownst to me, my mother called T & J while I was at work. She was confused about what the plumber had done the previous day and apparently the men never tested the bathroom drain which was already completely clear and draining perfectly. They snaked the drain again and charged us $350 for the same job the other plumber charged $150. Had they run the water which they are supposed to do while they snake it, as plumbers they should have seen it was not clogged at all. $350 to fix a drain that was fixed by someone else for $150 the previous day. Not sure these guys are honest.

I just moved into a new home in the Toledo market and was having a water pressure problem. I called to get an emergency technician out. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called back and asked if they forgot about me? She said that they would have someone give me a call. 30 mins later I get a call and the problem is diagnosed over the phone. He proceeds to tell me that he cant get to my home until tomorrow morning and would give me a call around 8:30 AM. At 9:45 I get a call from their dispatch saying that they are way overbooked and wont be able to get to me for another week?! Keep in mind its was below freezing and I essentially dont have any water. A week

The service was excellent. I have been dealing with Tim & Jamie for 10 years and they have given me outstanding service. I had a sump pump problem when I first moved into my home and they were able to solve it and give me complete peace of mind. Any problems I have they are out to my house immediately and get it resolved. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me. I highly recommend them. They are honest and trustworthy. I dont know what I would do with out their service on my sump pump.

Although this service was the fastest turnaround we could get for an emergency water extraction, when the technician arrived, he was a genuine jerk. Rolled his eyes and complained when the slightest hiccup arose that may have made his job a little more complicated. Slammed doors as he walked through the home. Umm, Im paying you, sir, to do YOUR JOB! Not impressed!

When T&J first came out to see a problem I had, they diagnosed & fixed it right away. They were professional, clean, on time and respectful. They have worked on big & small jobs over the years for us. I know that it will be done right the first time. I recommend them to all my friends & family.

had T & J Rooter out to take care of a gas leak due to Columbia gas putting meter outside and said that we have several gas leaks. T & J Rooter was out and took care of the leaks and was very professional and very reasonable. have recommended them to several of my friends and family .

We had many "sales" people come give us outrageous quotes to install a new water heater. T&J did not BS us, price was fair and the work was well done. Everyone from the receptionist to Darryl the install guy were very nice!
