Mi Drain continues to provide a good plumbing service. Frank Munoz is just the guy you need when your basement is backed up. Straight forward, helpful, and honest guy. Called them this past weekend when all of the snow was melting and it might have been related or maybe not but my basement started to flood. I called Mi Drain and they told me that they were on a job and as soon as they were done I was next. They showed up, straight away headed to the basement to snake out the drain and even helped me move some rugs out to my garage to dry out. Service cant get better than that.

Its hard enough to trust anyone these days to find anyone honest enough to do work in your home. Dom exceeded my expectations and then some. His professionalism, attention to detail and care he takes to treat your problem is by far at its highest caliber. I will only use Dom with MI Drain cleaning for any other plumbing problems from this day on. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing service done. Thank you for restoring my faith in people who do an honest days work. Its too bad the rating system only goes to 5 star because it isnt enough.

Thanks For The Fast Response! The dispatch lady (sorry I forgot your name) was extremely polite and helpful and understood I needed a plumber in my home NOW. Frank answered all of our questions and explained that our main sewer was backed up and thus resulted in flooding our basement. The water pumped out, sewer snaked and away with water! Both in price and response this company exceeded my expectations. First time I have had a pleasant experience with a plumber in 30 years. Frank is polite, professional and most importantly; trying to help you and your family.

I found this Company online when I needed to have a main drain cleaned and snaked. I called Sunday morning, and my call was answered promptly. The service man (Frank) was prompt and knowledgeable. Frank from MI DRAIN is the best plumber I have ever had. He is prompt, curtious, but most of all he is honest. He has always given me a fair price. Very disappointed after I called him and he told me then he will be by noon at my house I called him for more times and he said he will make it today later on he blocked my number and didnt call me back at all so I will never recommend this guy to anybody and Im gonna tell all my friends and relatives

These guys are amazing!! very professional and affordable with reasonable rates . I hired these guys as I had a problem with shower tub drain. Technician was so patient and explained where the problem was.He fixed the drain in less than 15 mins and charged me nothing. I highly recommend these guys!!
