Amazing and honest people that work here. I had the pleasure of meeting three layback nice guys ( Dave, Brad, and Daniel) who put us first time homeowners worries to rest, not to mention the awesome ladies who helped me over the phone. I had a floor drain that kept backing up and had it snaked by Thorton and grooms, after they snaked it they told me that I had a broken pipe under the basement floor and that it would cost me $7-10k to fix and that was a complete shocked to me. Now even though my homeowners insurance covered it, my uncle, who has done business with Cumming Plumbing before said to call them because that sounded really high for the job, so I did. Dave came out the day that I called for a free quote and he quoted me $5-8k LESS then the other company but in order to figure out the exact problem area, they sent Brad out to resnack and camera the pipe and he was so patient with us and understanding when I asked him a million questions. Once we decided to go ahead with the huge job, they sent Daniel out. He spent over 11 hours at our house from start finish on a job that should of taken at least two days to complete. The best part was there were no surprises when I received the bill bc they stayed true to their quote and they gave me the lowest price quoted. They now have a customer for life.

One of the best (if not the best) service call Ive EVER had. Honest. I will never use another plumber. Do not call anyone else. Ask for Dave. My kitchen sink backed up on a Saturday morning--two weeks before Christmas. I called another company in Plymouth, Michigan. They sent a repairman out and snaked the kitchen drain. Disconnected my disposal in the process. Told me a piece had broken off of the disposal. Needed a new disposal and suggested the drain under the house had collapsed. Because it was Saturday it was on "premium" time. Left the disposal disconnected and a rag shoved down the drain to prevent the smell of sewer gas. Told me Id have to deal with it on Monday. He wasnt out of the driveway before I called Cummings Plumbing. Keep in mind this was a SATURDAY. Dave was out within 30 minutes. Nothing structurally wrong with either the disposal or the main drain. Reconnected everything. By my back-of-the envelope accounting, I saved over $600. Take my advice. Call Cummings. Nancy H. I worked with Cumming Plumbing over the period of a couple months while trying to plan out some plumbing work and dishwasher install. Dave came out to my house after hours so I didnt have to take time off work to give me an estimate on the work I wanted done. I did not commit to the work until two months later, and they still kept to their original quote. Dan came out and completed the plumbing I needed as well as installing the dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. The finished job exceeded my wife and Is expectations. We couldnt be more happy with the result and the price we paid. We will use Cumming Plumbing for any future plumbing. Thanks again!

When Justin first called to diagnose the problem and to let us know he was on his way, he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan did some work in our house Monday morning. Response was very quick, he showed at the projected time, was very proficient and courteous. Also had to coordinate with the township, as the repairs required shutting off main line, so timing was very important. Added three new valves and replaced another leaking tee. Work was done very effectively and efficiently. After the work was done, he went over everything and walked me through checking everything was proper and functional. A very good experience again with Cumming Plumbing.

We had a hot water tank pan with a drain installed to prevent our furnace from getting flooded when the hot water tank wears out. Dan did a great job with the install. We always ask for Dan when ever we need plumbing work done at the house. Dan came over for a second time to install a flexible gas line for my new dryer. He did an excellent job. We decided to install a stand-up drain and a floor drain in our first laundry room. Dan came out and installed the 2 drains. He did an excellent job.

Well we found ourselves calling Cumming Plumbing yet again because they did such a fine job in the past. This time we wanted a Water Powered Back Up Sump Pump installed. We investigated the quality of pumps and confirmed it with Cumming. We were concerned about the pump sticking up out of the cover. They did an excellent job drilling the cover and placing just below. We would not hesitate to call Cumming again if needed. Thanks so much to Dan & Justin for another great job.

Brad just left after arriving early (he called to make sure that was okay, first!) and doing an amazing job handling a leaky shower thats been driving us nuts for too long! Daniel from Cumming Plumbing replace a leaking pipe that connected to our garbage disposal in a very short amount of time. Excellent job. I will always call Cumming Plumbing as the other plumbers overcharge and dont do a very good job. A week ago Cumming Plumbing cleared our main drain by cutting through roots that had clogged it. They cut all the way to the street while two other plumbers gave up Summing only charged us $137.00 and were in and out under an hour.

Daniel was early. From reading the other reviews, he is efficient and knowledgeable. Absolutely the same for me. He found and fixed two leaks, telling me what he would do and why. He then repaired an outside faucet I thought needed replacing and replaced one I thought need repaired (but he showed me exactly why it needed to be replaced). I wanted a Bidet installed. I had the entire kit ready. Dan came to install it but he didnt have a connector part and had to go back to the shop to get it. He charged for coming here, going back to the shop, coming back here and going back again at the end of the job. I paid for 4 travel times to fix a valve. Cost me $223 for a 20 minute job. I called the company and complained and they refunded me $40. So it did work out ok in the end.
