I have had my hair cut at other Ulta salons and had great experiences. I went to the Salon at Ulta Westland for the first time and asked for long rounded layers. My layers are horrible, choppy and uneven! And thats after I asked her to fix them because before you could actually see a distinct line going across where the top layer of my hair was cut an inch or so above the bottom layers. The stylist said she thought I wanted piecey layers, but it didnt even look like an actual haircut. I had her blend the layers in and when I got home I realized that the layers were really noticeable, uneven and choppy. I wont be going back, I am going to have it fixed someplace else.

I love Ulta. They always answer my questions and they are so helpful. I was over there yesterday and I was looking for a peel off mask. She suggested me something different than what I was looking. But I ended up buying that and she was right it worked great. I have very dry skin its extra dry and she also suggest moisturizer and it works great. I tried so many moisturizer but so far it was the best one. She explained to me so nice.All the products that I bought is from same line. Its pur and it works awesome.

Used to always go here but lately the Store is always messy, displays are dirty, i even got a used/opened eyeliner! I went here a few weeks ago and bought only an eyeliner pen and a lip liner, the total should have only been been around $14 The total came out as $20! I even went back and added everything. Got tired of dealing with the store and just left and never went back. I never even get asked if i need help. EVER. DO NOT GO HERE

I always buying my makeup from this ulta , I went today to buy a foundation , The cashier told everyone before me about their points how much they have and if they want to use it . but when my turn came she didnt tell me about my points , they never told me how much points that I have or I want to use it or not , I know that I have 9 dollar to use in my card , they are racist this is my last time in Ulta ever .

Im 14 years old and today I got my eyebrows done for the very first time at the Ulta Beauty in Westland. And I have to say Im very impressed!! They look so nice and just how I wanted them! I had John do them and he did an amazing job! I will be coming back later when I need them done! Everyone there was just so nice and knew what they were talking about! Thank you so much!(:

I have mixed feelings about this place. Some of the workers here are very helpful and cheerful however a couple of times Ive had some rude people who have told me maybe I should go to other stores when I asked them to help me pick an item out that was better priced.

I have been to this ulta a handful of times now since moving to the area. Twice I have gotten already used products in my NEW purchases. So check your boxes before buying. I am not pleased.
