Ive never had any issues at this Ulta. Everyone has been very professional and friendly (some more than others, but thats a personality thing). I recently arrived after living in DC for a long time, and I was scared to try a new hair stylist. I took a chance with Nikki, who did a great job with my cut, then I returned the following week for highlights, again with Nikki. Another terrific job. I was very relieved, and made a follow-on appointment for June. Im basing my review on several (at least a dozen) visits in the last 6 months to this location. Nothing negative. Always received help when I needed it. And now I found a new stylist!

My experience with Ulta is always a hit or miss. I agree with other comments that customers who look more well-put together are helped more. Ive had very little assistance/rude treatment from sales representatives regardless of what I was wearing, and regardless of what Ulta location I was at. A lot of times Ulta doesnt keep many of the "upper end" products in stock and they dont like to tell you when theyll be getting more in, and they make this apparent in a rude fashion. I usually end up walking out of Ulta with what I need (and more) but Im most likely going to make the switch to Sephora soon, once I can afford it.

This is by far my favorite place to buy beauty items. The staff is always helpful and willing to help you try a look or product. The Brow Bar always does a great job and make sure that I look good before I leave. The location of this store is very close to other stores that I need to visit so for convenience purposes and fantastic customer service, this store gets a 5-star rating.

Devoted Knits

After wandering around the store for 10minutes,and no one offering to help me. Even though 2 staff member walking by me several times. I finally had to interupt someone who said theyd be with me in a few minutes. Meanwhile, more staff were overly helpful to the more welldressed customers. Looks like Ill be shopping online from here on out!

Such a terrible run store with terrible customer service and NO help at all. The cashier was not helpful at all. She was VERY rude. The ladies walking around the store do not offer you any help at all and they are also very rude. I will not return to this store.

Horrible! Your wife or girlfriend will be in here for hours! Make sure there is a football game or something to stay home and watch or visit a bar on the other side of haggerty. Otherwise great place!

I go here on lunch a lot. Theres nice employees. And everything is easy to find! Getting in and out of the plaza is a little difficult.
