I and my family have gone to Kim Beyer and her mother Dottie for our hair for years. Kim is an amazing owner and stylist and I could never ask for anyone better. She is the reason I myself am in cosmetology school now and I look forward to taking my next step in becoming a part of this salon! 10/10 all the ladies here know their stuff and will always make sure you look your best and exactly how you want it. They are always taking classes on the up and coming trends and products so you wont have to worry about being "out-of-date" like some salons that have been established as long as The Ritz Ultimate has. Love it here❤

Brought my daughter in at 2:30, the shop closes at 3 on saturday. We were coming in so she could get brow wax, an employee comes out and says oh sorry but the girl who does that has wet nails right now. Wow, its open till 3 yet a customer Is turned away because of an employees wet nails? Shouldnt they work on themselves after hours? Very dissapointed in the way this customer was turned away. Wont be going back.
