I went in for a perm. Mrs. Earlene did not oil my scalp before the perm. She dipped in perm jar with her fingers without using a perm brush. She pressed the perm into hair and scalp to the point that my head was BURNING so bad that I asked her to rinse it out immediately. When I got home I had red sores all over my scalp that were bleeding! Chemical Burns. A waste of $70 dollars. I will never go back!

Ms. Annette did my hair. I got a simple wash and flat iron.. I was very unhappy with how she used GREASE(and lots of it) in my hair. the wash she did was terrible. When I left it looked like she didnt even wash my hair. I cried in my car, what a waste of $60. Will never go back
