Great service if I actually needed it. I had a leak around my hot water tank and not knowing much about we called Quints to check it out. They arrived and looked less then a minute and I asked is there anything else we can do to fix this since we have a newborn and not much money and the answer was "nope this is what happens we see it all the time". I said ok the tank was removed and replaced with a model with bad reviews. Left a small mess and dents in our door but oh well. Hour later we had another puddle around our tank. I called they came back and really, really checked it over because now they were on the hook for the payment of another water tank and in less then 1 min they found it was a $80 humidifier on the furnace that was leaking that I had to replace myself and i was told in the end it wasnt the hot water tank at all and there was nothing they could do about it. I called and the lady that answered the phone could of cared less and didnt transfer me to a manager or owner and offered a $50 discount I was not happy with that since I didnt need this in the first place and and then I was offered $100 off. No manager or owner took my call or called me ever. They gave us lots of time to pay but we never ever needed this. I would go with a bigger store seeing as there is a chain of command that you can talk to or make complaints to for situations like this since no one would man up and talk to me besides someone that runs the front desk. I was stuck with a huge bill for something that took less then 2 mins to discover if they would have looked in the first place they could of found it and saved me and my family the headache of paying for this.

Outstanding, just dang smart & outstanding work . . . Im a contractor & have some knowledge of home / building repairs. My elderly parents have a drain from the 2nd floor bathroom, going under the floors & inside the walls, with a small leak running down the pipe causing over time, quite a mess in the basement.. Called Quint Plumbing. They not only quickly identified where the problem was . . ( not upstairs but in a 1st floor place I wouldnt have never guessed ) in a wall that was located behind the back corner of the kitchen, the dining room, & family room. Through a small opening he "stood on his head" to cut out & replaced the broken fitting. Leaving a minimal, almost surgical wall repair , I can easily complete. This is the "A" team of plumbing & repairs. Im calling them next week again to look at the sewer drain at my house. Very Highly recommend.

Quint Plumbing is amazing! They work hard and fast. They will come in a deal with problems, like sewage backup, quickly. Their work is top rate and they are very friendly and will work with you. We have been fixing up an old house and I dont know how we would be able to do it without Quint. I cant say enough good things about Quint! Everyone in and around the Wyandotte area should use them.

Highly recommended. I called at 3 PM for help with clogged sewer line, they promised to be there between 8 AM & noon the next day, and worker showed up before 8 AM! Line was badly packed with roots, he cleared it out and got everything working in under an hour. Very satisfied with this company.
