I had a faucet leak in my shower the plumber Tom came out to fix it and I told him to get it fixed I am not willing to get everything replaced at this time instead of replacing the valve and putting on a new knob he simply put a new knob on a stripped valve. The very next morning I had a knob that would not function properly and this is where it gets really frustrating. I called the company at 10am and called them several times they never called me back.They did call my wife back and were very defensive claiming their plumbers always explain what the best fix is for the job, well mine didnt but the lady on the phone sided with their plumber. They screen their calls and only call back people who want work done I guess. So I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB and they ended up returning my money to resolve the complaint but denied any wrong doing

Great customer service! I had several problems that he could have charged me for, and didnt! This guy is definitely "old school" business savvy. It honestly felt like you had called a family member.
