Johnny was very polite and helpful. He identified and explained the best solution for my home and provided reasonable pricing, before I authorized the work. (I judged the price as reasonable based on my husbands market research for a replacement sump pump.) He got the work done in a short amount of time and had the parts on hand to replace the pump.
