We contacted the Roof Guys because they did a number of roofs in our neighborhood last year due to a hail storm. We were in North Carolina at a 2nd home, so all communication was by email and phone. John and Jamie met with our insurance adjuster and pointed out damage that resulted in a 100% claim. We got a new roof at only the cost of the deductible. The Roof Guys then replaced the roof in ONE DAY which was amazing to us. John worked with us remotely on what shingles to put on and they worked out perfectly and the color was right on. They installed new skylights as well (at our cost but needed) and installed new vents on the roof to help cool the house. All of this was done in Minnesota with us in North Carolina. My wife and dog appreciated not being around when the work was done. We also had a deicing cable and Jamie came later to reinstall it and to check the connections on our satellite TV dish. Overall, the Roof Guys are amazing and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a roof or an evaluation of roof condition. They were GREAT......and we have a new roof that looks great and was done expertly.

After a bad hail storm that took down a few trees, I was looking for a roofer with more than a few satisfied customers. Found this company with a funny name on google. I called and Tim showed up the same day, he found a few problems and texted me photos. Right away, Jamey came over later the day and made a temporary fix without asking for money or signing any contract. We decided to try claiming insurance to get the roof replaced or repaired. When the adjuster came to check on the roof, Jamey showed up and help getting me through the insurance process; and at the end, successfully getting my roof replaced by my insurance. There were a few scheduling issues setting up the date of roof replacement, but were all communicated promptly with Tim. After the replacement; found a few problems, Jamey and Tim always promptly respond to my inquiry and made all appropriate fixes within reasonable timeframe. I recommend these hard working "Roof Guys" to anyone that need their roof to be worked on.

A few storms had passed through my neighborhood in the past 4 days. I noticed a leak coming from the attack. I searched around online and called quite a few roofing companies. Jamey was considerably more professional and knowledgeable than the anyone else I had talked with. Turned out that my roof actually needed replacing, and to my surprise, Jamey was able to work directly with my insurance company and got the entire replacement paid for! Not only that, the work was exceptional. It looks absolutely beautiful! I only have to pay the deductible which I was more than fine with. Go Roof Guys!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I asked for an estimate of cost for putting a new roof on our home. The sales manager refused to give us an estimate, claimed that it was senseless to do an estimate as the insurance company has already agreed to pay for it, then he accused us of attempting to defraud the insurance company because we want an estimate and then says I hope to hear from you soon. I told him we are not interested in his services several times, yet he continues to contact me

I was very impressed with the level of quality provided and they actually worked directly with my insurance company rep to get the entire repair paid for. I didnt really have to do anything, and there was nothing out of pocket. The work was exceptional. They found the exact match of shingles and I could not be happier. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
