We have been Kaufman customers since 2004 when we bought the house and inherited Kaufman as a result since they had serviced the roof longstanding. A tile roof - they are unique! Scott has been an incredible asset to our home. Over the last 12 years we have had our fair share of upgrades, repairs and leaks. He has always been very thorough, expert in his craftsmanship, upgrade and repair work, and is very professional and attentive. Our roof is in the improved condition due to his yearly care. I couldnt speak more highly of him. If you have a tile roof, think very carefully about who and how you service it - as they are an investment that will degrade if not properly tended to by someone who really knows them - works on them.

Kaufman Roofing replaced the roof on our three story home. The roof was very old and had even started leaking. The Kaufman process was outstanding from start to finish, the roof looks great, does its job, and the crew did excellent work--very skilled, great crew boss, and friendly workers too! The evaluation of our roof was thorough and the price was fair. The work was started and finished on time. They replaced our heat tape and some screening to keep out squirrels, which was incredibly helpful. They also gave us solid advice on how to maintain the roof. Couldnt have asked for more. We would definitely use Kaufman roofing again.

We had our flat garage roof redone with a rubber membrane which also required new metal capping on top of the parapet walls. The crew was very hard working, efficient and very pleasant. The first day they completed the tear off and refitting of the membrane. The clean up from the job was perfect. The next day the metal work presented a difficult challenge, but our end result was more than satisfying ! From the estimators, office personnel, work crews and project manager we found everyone to be very professional, competent and helpful. We are pleased to recommend Kaufman Roofing!

Christine (daughter) promptly forwarded my questions to Bob (father)and we heard back from him withing 10 minutes. The company did an excellent job replacing the roof, taking care of the insurance details and dealing with the city inspector, however, the actual roofers left TONS of staples and trash all over our lawn. The company called me, took $100 off the final bill and came back to go on the roof to clean out the gutters that were full of staples. We are very thankful and feel they did a very professional job solving the problem.

When we moved into our 1912 2 story home in 1998 with a steep pitch and different levels they did a fantastic job and then back again in 2015 when winter winds did some damage to some shingles. They not only replaced missing shingles but had checked to make sure no others were missed and cut down some small branches brushing the roof by the front door. The branches had caused the roof damage with the heavy winds.

Our roof line was three stories up so we were completely amazed at how professional and efficient Kaufman Roofing was in replacing it. All the workers were belted and roped for safety with us thinking this was going to be a 2 or 3 day project. Kaufman Roofing applied a cement tile roof on my house about 25 hears ago and annually inspect it repairing any damage incurred due to mother nature. They also lent me tile sawing equipment and donated excess tiles to me years ago when I needed to tile a wood shed roof. The company is professional in every sense of the word.
