I am writing to commend your organization on its professionalism and follow-thru relating to the replacement of my roof and siding repair on my home in Brooklyn Park, MN. The five-man roofing crew that worked on my roof did an outstanding job putting the new roof on my home. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up during and after the job. Miguel, the crews leader was very professional and knowledgeable. We talked quite a while and he explained to me what the crew would be doing. He also gave me his phone number in case I had any questions or needed anything special. Jeff, the Site Foreman was also very professional and attentive to the small details before and after the job. Your carpenter, Dominic, though young in years, did the work or an experienced journeyman. He was very conscientious and thorough, and he did an awesome job replacing old and damaged Cedar Siding, making it look like it was always there. Charlie, who I initially contracted with, was also very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. He was instrumental in helping me pick my roofing shingle color, which I absolutely love! All-in-all, I am incredibly pleased with the outstanding workmanship and the finished product. I highly recommend the Gopher Company to anyone looking for incredible workmanship and satisfaction at more than fair pricing from a solid group of professionals who are committed and take pride in their work. Thank you for a quality job on our roof replacement and for your outstanding service throughout the project. I am impressed with your professionalism and your prompt attention to the entire job beginning with the quote process, throughout the entire roof replacement and the follow through with finish work and details. I chose The Gopher Company after meeting with several roofing contractors who are respected within the construction community and who are known for their longevity and quality work. After discussing our project, reviewing quotes and contacting the referrals, I feel The Gopher Company was the best choice for us based upon quality work, reasonable cost and customer satisfaction. We have been through two major reconstruction projects in the past and have not worked with anyone who has provided such prompt attention and response from the beginning to the end of a project.

STAY AWAY from Gopher Company! VERY high pressure salesman. Wouldnt give me a free roof estimate unless I hired them to work with my insurance company. Sales guy was a total jerk. I cant believe the BS & pressure he gave me to agree to his terms. Hard to believe a company operates that way in this day & age. BEWARE!!! Free damage inspections & estimate my butt!! BEWARE!!

Quick to respond, detailed, outlined whole process. Finished roofing project was perfect. Neighbors and passer bys commented on how nice roof is. would recommend Gopher Company to everyone. Gopher Company was recommended to me by a work colleague. Was great advice.

BEWARE! I mistakenly hired them. Crap workmanship. For whatever reason he (Jason) wouldnt send the certificate of completion to my insurance company so that I could get discount on my insurance for a new roof. Never got an explanation. Complete jerk. BEWARE!

I asked Ghoper to repair soffit. The repair person and admin staff had absolutely the poorest communication. They came over to my place twice and didnt fix the problem at all. Finally, I have to ask another service vender to do the work.
