3 months ago we started calling roofers to come and fix a leak we have thats steadily gotten worse. One company said theyd come out and take a look and we never heard back from them. I called and they said it would be a couple more weeks before someone could give me an estimate. Um....No thanks. I called the second company and they came out pretty quick and gave me an estimate and everything seemed to be going pretty well. They said it could be 6-8 weeks before they could fix it but it was on their schedule. After 11 weeks I called and they said still werent sure when they could come out. NOT HAPPY! Then I talked to Matt at Glennstone Roofing a little over a week ago. He came out a couple of days later, gave me an estimate that was HALF what the other company quoted and just sent me a text letting me know the material is in and tomorrow or early next week my roof will be leak free!!! Thanks Matt!

This company was excellent and very professional. The previous roofing company I used did a shoty job and Glenstone Roofing caught all of their mistakes and fixed my issues properly and at a low cost. I would highly recommend them. When they inspected the issue they not only walked my entire roof but also went into my attic They didnt just look at one part of the roof and estimate like the previous roofing company. The company who installed my orig roof did not install it properly and although later i will need a whole new roof, Glenstone Roofing quoted and fixed my issues that needed fixed now without insisting I buy a whole new roof. Due to their excellent job they will be the company installing my new roof when I am ready. Thank you Albi for doing a great job in a timely manner.

Hands down the best customer experience I have had in this type of industry. After several recent negative experiences with other roofing companies, I was immediately impressed with the communication from Matt. He was always on time, kept us informed throughout the entire project and was available for questions at any time. The GoPro video of our roof with detailed explanation assured us we were making the right decision to replace our roof. Matts knowledge and confidence in his product, company and crew was impressive and he didnt push to up sell us on other products or services. He worked to earn our trust and business. Add to that the competitive pricing and we were sold. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Matt and GlennStone to anyone looking for repairs or a new roof.

Mark and Glenn at GlennStone Roofing and Fence did an entire replacement on my roof and installed some high-end custom copper finials afterward. Every aspect of the job was stellar. They were fast, safe, and the end result is beautiful. So far I have referred them to two neighbors that utilized them as well, and they too are very pleased. Their "True Blue" standards are what first convinced me they were the way to go, and they live up to each and every one of them. I got bids, and discovered you might find a slightly cheaper option, but I want to live in my home for another 25 years, so there is no option to excellent quality and service. They dont cut corners, they tell you how it is before one nail is hammered, and they leave your property clean and debris-free.

I called Gelnnstone to get an estimate and inspection on my roof back in November. They came out and inspected. I asked for an estimate, but never heard from them again. I called again last week to follow up, and was assured they would call me back with an estimate. No call. I called again today, and was again told that I would get a phone call today for an estimate and to schedule the work. Again - No call back. If they cant keep a commitment before Ive paid them, I cant trust that theyll do what they say after they have my money. Ill find someone else to take my money and get the work done.

As a new (female) homeowner I was very skeptical of hiring a home repair company, due to not having a great knowledge in roofing, gutters, etc. Glennstone came did a walk around with me, educating me on the issues on my home, and followed up with me all before starting the job. The education I received meant so much more to me than the dollar amount that was charged...to be honest, their bid was the highest, but the peace of mind, education and timely finish made it all worth it. I would recommend Glenn stone Roofing and Gutters to anyone looking for a company to trust with their home.

First of all it took them 5 weeks to come and do the job then they were a day late an hour late on the day that they came and then the workers left and said that they would be back to seal the singles that they put down so the wind would not blow them off they never did come back and I have to call the shop to get someone to fix what they said they were going to do and they told their bosses that they were done and there is a whole row of shingles that theyve needed to replaced as per the bid. I was going to have them replace my whole roof in a couple of months not anymore

Had an estimate for hail damage. They didnt give me a written estimate. I felt like once they found out it was a homeowners claim, they inflated the price. The same package from another well known company was $6000 cheaper. When an upgrade for the EXACT same shingles is $3600 vs $600, to me thats a red flag. Money wasnt the only consideration, but it was a factor. They were very polite and explained things very well. I do think he was more worried about selling the "upgraded package" than just replacing what I had.

My experience with GlennStone has been excellent. Josh did a superb job, pre-sale, throughout the work flow, and follow-up, keeping me informed of all aspects. The roof itself looks stellar. The crew did an incredible job, especially with inclement weather during the week the replacement was scheduled. Josh was great at helping me pick out a shingle that would make my home look terrific curb-side, and the suggestions for changing my venting was spot-on. Im thoroughly pleased.
