I couldnt be more unhappy with the work Twin City Roofing performed on my house. First, they routed the gutters incorrectly. They came out and fixed that mistake. The next 5 times they have been out is to seal leaks in the gutters. The last guy told me it was an amateur crew that installed my gutters and they used the wrong glue. I thought everything was fixed until the next storm hit and the leaks continued in the exact areas the last guy supposedly fixed. I took video of the leaks and can post if i need to. So i called the last guy back to schedule him to come out and fix it again. He ended up ghosting me without so much as a call to reschedule. This week, I called the main office and I talked to what I believe was the owner. His reply is I know you are frustrated and so are we because it isnt cost effective for them to come back. I dont really care about how cost effective it is, all I am asking for is what I paid them to do. They are coming out for a 7th time next week. Needless to say, I think you all know what I would tell you about this company.

Installed a new roof, siding, and 5 windows in our home do to hail damage insurance claim. They installed the roof in one day and I was pleased with the quality of their workmanship and the speed they put the roof up. They were here at 7:00am and left at 5:00pm. They ordered windows and installed them in the front of our house [high quality Kolbe and Kolby windows]. Then the siding people came; It took about 3 weeks [two attached houses; we live in a twin home]. I would recommend them to anybody that wants good quality work done. Good hard workers. Good crew of people. They bent over backwards to do everything we asked [special/custom gable pediment design they custom built for us; Installed our copper duck weathervane on the roof]. We worked with Jim Shaw, the owner [forgot his name], and Jeff Williet. Everyone was very nice to us. Everything went smooth.

Twin City came out and fixed two leaks about a year ago and we have had absolutely no issues. Bob was a very hard worker, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them for all future work.
