Shopped around for quotes on attic insulation, Midwest Exteriors was the lowest bidder for the job we were looking for. We were doing this at this time for the rebates we heard the state and/or energy companies were offering. Midwest Exteriors said theyd walk us through the rebate process and that it was as simple as filling out some paperwork after the job was finished. The job ended up costing a few hundred over the initial quote (making them about the same or higher than the other companies who quoted me for a similar product/service). They didnt seal the attic hatch which was letting cold air escape into the attic. And they didnt follow up the job with an inspection from one of their field agents. All these things were agreed to, and stated that Midwest Exteriors would do in the contract and paperwork. I called them the day after they installed the insulation and asked about how we initiate the rebates, and they told me to check our energy companys website. The website stated we needed an energy audit before the work was done for us to qualify, so we were out $300 for the rebate. The reason we decided to do the insulation was because of these rebates, they stated (in the contract) they would get us the paperwork needed for it, but they failed to do so as they stated they would. I informed Midwest Exteriors about this issue and they stated they had never had any complaints about the salesman, and his story was that he told me during his initial bid that I would need an energy audit done. Which is incorrect as I learned about the audit after the job was already finished. We would not recommend using them again as they did not seem interested in taking care of us as a customer, even when I brought these issues to their attention their remedy was refunding me $2 for caulk to seal up the attic myself. And they stuck to their story that I was informed about the energy audit being necessary for the rebate. Instead of admitting to these mistakes and correcting them, they have denied any wrong doing time after time. Stay away from this company, they are just in a hurry to take your money, not provide you quality service.

Received a telemarketing call today from this company. I am on the do not call registry. I had to interrupt the sales person 4 times in order to get him to stop reading his script long enough for me to tell him I already have a contractor and to take me off his call list. I can see your signs in my neighborhood. I know how to use Google.I dont need you knocking on my door or calling my cell phone and interrupting my day. Not the way to gain business from me.

We used Midwest exteriors to replace the roof on our home to sell it. Dennis was on time and got straight to business with providing us a quote (the quote was also identical to the final bill). Laine responded to our emails very quickly and there were numerous as our buyer had several concerns about their new roof. Overall a top notch experience and we would use them again for future work.

We were looking to fix a loose siding piece and were browsing Midwest Exteriors website and the sales rep initiated a chat session then forwarded my request to Chris. He showed up on time, climbed up the ladder and snapped the loose siding piece back in place free of charge! He also did an inspection of our roof and told me about my roof conditions. Highly recommended, excellent service
