Storm Group Roofing operates like every other contractor I have had the displeasure of trying to work with. Lots of empty promises to come out and bid out/do work, only to never show up. I have been "trying" to work with Storm Group Roofing as far back as mid-July of 2016. From July to mid-October, I was attempting to get some work done on my roof - I say attempting because they kept saying they were moving along the process, but I would always have to email them to find out what was happening. It was a small job, and I suspect they only strung me along because they were trying to get my insurance involved to make it a bigger one. Im guessing my insurance eventually told them "no", and thats when they decided to write me off without the courtesy to let me know. Finally mid-October I simply said "Look guys, I know my project isnt that big. If its too small for you, can you let me know so I can look elsewhere?". They responded back saying "We would be happy to do that work for you.", asking when they could come out. I responded in kind, they never showed. Why the one star? If my project isnt worth your time, just tell me so I can stop wasting my time with you. Its now mid-November and Im having a hell of a time finding any contractor who wants to work on my roof during the winter. I spent 4 months going back and forth with these guys under the guise of them saying they would do the work. Ultimately my project was too small for them, and thats okay, but to lead me on for months saying youll do the work is unacceptable. I try and be a reasonable person - I put up with their feet-dragging for months, and even gave them an out by telling them it was fine if my job was too small. They couldnt even take that freebie and instead doubled-down on saying they would do the work. Thanks, guys. I just dont understand the short-sightedness of contractors like this. My roof needs a full replacement within a year or two. Who do you think Ill be calling? Certainly not these guys.

These guys are TOP NOTCH!!! From start to finish, they were great to work with and did a fantastic job. The owner of the company is very personable. The sales staff is friendly and is not pushy whatsoever. The sales staff did not try to "up-sell" the project or make us do anything more than we wanted to. The team that was dispatched to our house did an absolutely fantastic job! They were CLEAN and used tarps so our carpeting didnt get any debris on it. They vacuumed while the job was in process and vacuumed after they were done. I think they left our house cleaner than when they arrived!! They removed and replaced nineteen (19) windows in 1 1/2 days! I would recommend this company for any jobs...small or large. I am very happy with the work they did and I am a hard person to please. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful job by everyone at Storm Group. I had some loose siding and missing end caps on my house. Chris went to bat for me with my insurance company and got them to pay for new siding on the house and garage. Alex the sales rep was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained my options and made suggestions without any pressure. He and Adam stopped by regularly to ensure that things were going smoothly and to take care of any issues that arose. Alexis and his work crew worked so hard every day , they took great pride in their work and the craftsmanship was top quality. I was also impressed with the thorough cleanup at the end of each day. I am so proud of my 117 year old house now, it is the cutest house on the block. I would highly recommend Storm Group to everyone. Great job!!

I brought Storm Group in to replace the roof on a 1920s Minneapolis home I bought last year - and this roof had not been replaced in at least 20 years, so it was in horrible condition. They provided a responsive, personal approach by coming out to meet with me on my own preferred time, which is big. And when I was ready to move forward with the project, they were able to advise on the most suitable shingle color/type and then schedule it within a matter of days. The workmanship was top notch and the pricing was very reasonable, considering my next door neighbor had his roof done (at approximately the same roof size) for a couple thousand dollars more. Id recommend them to anyone.

Hired Dmitry and the Storm Group last summer to install gutters and some siding work - job turned out excellent!!! After talking with Dmitry, received a quote to finish my basement this winter. Best price around and excellent work done by all the guys. Basement turned out awesome - every time I had any concerns Storm Group made sure everything was right (from trim work, tile work, painting, etc). Even after the job was done, Dmitry was checking in with me to make sure everything was just right. These guys can do it all - I highly recommend going with the Storm Group. Great service and great price, I will be using them for all my household projects/issues in the future!

Storm Group Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof replacement and new gutters. We could not be happier with their work and working with them. I would highly recommend them for your next exterior job. Dmitry (owner) was very responsive to any questions we had and made several trips to our home to ensure we picked the best color for our new roof. His employees did excellent work and were very efficient and easy to work with. Jack, the gutter installer, took a lot of time with us to make sure we were happy with the placement of the downspouts. Very tidy on the job site cleanup. I will be calling Storm Group if we need exterior work done in the future.

Storm group was very responsive to our specific needs and circumstances. They worked with us to schedule the roof replacement during a weather window in the spring so that we could have the new roof put on in order to sell our home. Andrew and Dmitry were very helpful in all my communications and when I had questions they made sure to provide them for me. They came back twice to examine the roof after it was put on to make sure the quality was up to their standards and make sure the job site was clean. I was impressed with their commitment to follow through and make sure the customer is happy and that the roof was up to their quality standards.
