Recently, I needed to replace my hail damaged roof. I asked a friend and was given a couple of roofers names. One of them was Murry Hodge with Triple P Roofing. I called Murry and we made an appointment to evaluate the roof. He was so professional, pleasant, and someone who makes you immediately feel comfortable. You can tell he knows the roofing business. Murry is not a salesman, but he certainly sold me on Triple P. I didnt even need to phone the other people on my short list of roofers. He ordered the shingles and they were delivered on schedule. A couple of days later, his excellent team ascended on my home and began what I call "magic." I have a ton of landscaping around my home. Murry and his team didnt damage anything. They were so careful and did an excellent job in a day and a half. Typically, they intend on finishing in one day, but a little rain shower in the evening made them postpone the finishing touches until the following morning. When I came home and saw my roof, I was immediately happy. Many roofs in my neighborhood had sustained hail damage and roofers came out of the woodwork, throwing on roofs as fast and furious as they could. Thats one of the main reasons I waited until the "roof rush" was over. Im so glad that I did and Im so glad that I found Murry and Triple P Roofing. Im very pleased with the roof, the clean-up, and the entire attitude of Triple Ps roofing team. They were amazing. Murry told me on day one "Im not happy until you are happy." I believe that he will be there for me if I should ever need anything involving my roof in the future. I, without hesitation, recommend that you call Triple P and see for yourself what Im talking about. A very happy customer!!

Do not do business with Triple P Roofing LLC. They will take your money and you will still have leaks and and their attitude is awful They charged me $696.00 to repair a leak between my house and patio the end of March, its now June 18. They have been to my home twice to fix a leak and I still have a huge leak they say a branch caused.Come to find out they used Roll Roof which is a temporary fix. They invoiced me for flashing and shingles that are non existent. Contract reads re-flash and shingle which they did not do, but I was charged for. Needless to say Im out of money and have a leaky roof. Now I have to find someone else and pay them to do repairs Triple P was paid to do. I have pictures if you need proof. July 2015 edit The company has returned and fixed the leak. They did not provide pictures of the work like they did before, so Im not sure of the quality of work. Ive had problems with my arm so Im not ready to get on a roof and take pictures. Ive not had any leaks yet, but there has been only one light rain. I hope its repaired. The owner of Triple P called and asked me to take down my negative reviews. Im not going to do that. I feel like reviews are helpful to many people. I did the bad reviews because thats what it took to make them fix my roof. I did try to check Triple P reviews, but only found positive ones. I have learned that if you leave a bad review on their Facebook page they delete it. Also their customers not only leave great reviews on Facebook, but go to many websites and leave great reviews...strange right, hmmmm. I would not trust this company to do any kind of work for anyone, especially a woman or anyone not able to check their work.

I had an unfortunate experience of hiring a roofer who did a terrible job. I re-roofed my house because it was old needed to be done, but I did not have a leak. After this roofer put on the new roof....I had a leak. And had it for 9 months. They came to "fix" it 6 times, never actually finding the leak or fixing it. Finally getting fed up, I contacted Matt at Triple P Roofing in Shreveport. HE IS AWESOME. He is kind, very accommodating with my schedule, and went above and beyond to not only find the leak, but explain to me why the leak had been so hard to find, why it happened and what needed to be done to fix the issue once and for all. If you need an honest roofer who will do an exceptional job, call Triple P Roofing.

I found insulation in my backyard. I suspected a roofing problem and called Matt Parmelee of triple P Roofing who came highly recommended by my realtor. Matt came out the same day I contacted him even though it was almost dark by the time he was able to come over. I did not expect him to come out same day which was impressive. He took a quick look at the roof, found that squirrels had scraped a hole in the soffit, and repaired the hole right away. He would not take any payment after done. He kept in good communication throughout and was professional and personable. I am keeping his contact info so i can call him next time. Excellent service is hard to find and I am glad I have found my roofer now. Thank you Matt!

I have to give the highest satisfaction and quality rating for Triple P Roofing. They replaced our roof after a major hail storm. I also recommended them to several neighbors who also had their roofs replaced by Triple P. I never heard one negative comment. The owner is a Christian man with strong christian values and beliefs. There is no one else I would recommend for roof repair than Triple P. Please give them a call and let them give you an estimate. You will not be disappointed!!

After a major hail storm there was a lot of damage to the roofs in the neighborhood. After seeing how well they did with a few of the neighbors homes, we decided to give Matt and Triple P roofing a chance. We are extremely happy with how the rood looks and not having any leaks. Matt was also really good about working with us on any issues we had concerning payments and the issuance company. I would easily recommend them or use them again.

My husband and I dealt with Matt at Triple P Roofing. He was so knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. He even had me text pictures of my areas of concern on my roof before we even met. He asked thorough questions to really figure out what is going on. A+ customer service. I hate hiring contractors and handymen in Shreveport...but Matt seriously changed my opinion of those located here. Would highly recommend!
