From our initial encounter, I found the representative to be very professional and thorough. His quote was comprehensive and written out for me. I was given samples for the roof and a list of professional references. The crew was timely, polite, neat and they worked very hard. They cleaned up each day and told me when they were coming or leaving. They made sure I didnt find any nails. I have the warranty and the guarantee and I am very pleased I chose this company for its professionalism.
