Dont follow-up on issues. My elderly mother had Paplow put in new gutters early last summer. She wasnt in her home in Grinnell at the time due to rehabilitation after surgery. When the job was completed it looked good; done in a timely manner and the people were great. Unfortunately, when spring arrived and it rained my mother noticed a couple of small issues. We called 10+ times and the gentleman says hell be out and then nothing ever happens. I thought it was because my mother was elderly and then I called so then I thought it was because we were women. Then I had my brother call. Each time the gentleman asked for our name and address. My brother even faxed it to them. Summer will be passing at the end of this week and we havent seen hide nor hair of anyone from Paplows. Id like to give good PR to Paplows, but it just isnt working for me.

Wish I had read the reviews of this company before I used them. The reviews are spot on. Shoddy work! Gutters leaking and falling off the house within 6 months. I have called repeatedly and Ive been nice. Now they just hang up on me! Lower than whale feces!

I wouldnt let them roof my shed it was that bad. 2 years later its leaking already...real quality work! let alone you cant talk to them after the money is in there hands.
