Omar and his team are the best contractors in the des moines area!!! While my husband and I were buying a house this year, we had quite a list of things we needed his help with. After calling a few different contractors to get bids for the specific work, we chose Ultimate Exteriors for the job because of their knowledge of every task at hand (gutting bathroom, patching radiator holes, straightening garage wall from fire damage, putting in new outside doors/frames, and quite a few others...), their design eye when I needed help choosing colors/tile/general esthetics, and because Omar (owner, manager) is so committed to every job, that he personally does much of the work and answers his phone day or night if you have any questions or concerns. We have told all of our friends and family about his wonderful work and I know many of them in the future will be calling them first with their home improvement needs.

I had a vent leak in my roof. I called Omar on Monday morning. Within an hour, he was on my roof looking at the problem. Saw that all the vents were installed incorrectly, were cracking and were all on the verge of potentially leaking. By that afternoon he had his crew on my roof replacing and properly installing new vents. They were very clean and showed me the problems they found. I was very impressed at how quick and responsive they were! And they did all the work at a very reasonable price and billed what he quoted. I hope to never need them again. But will definitely call them if I ever do!

I would recommend Ultimate Exteriors to family and friends. After submitting an inquiry on the website I had a response same day and quickly had an onsite consultation and estimate that was reasonable. My job was a small gutter repair to prevent damage to my yard and wood fascia/soffit. Ultimate Exteriors understood that I was concerned about getting the work done in in a timely manner and they took care of the work within days of the onsite estimate. Went with Ultimate Exteriors to redo our bathroom and various repairs around the house and garage. I was extremely impressed with the level of quality in their work. My wife was home most the time during the work with a newborn and they were always courteous to her and kept her informed when they were going to be making a lot of noise or using harsh chemicals so that she could take care of the baby. Their prices were fair and their work was great quality. I feel good knowing that everything done was done well.
