We waited over 4 hours for the roofer to show up to give us an estimate due to a leak in the roof. He called after lunch (on a Tuesday) and said he wouldnt be coming and he could MAYBE come out Friday. He seems to think since it rained earlier that he couldn’t come out. He had a HUGE Attitude (His name is Ryan) and ended up saying he wasnt interested and HUNG UP ON ME when I asked if we could get more notice not after weve waited for hours. No appologies, no service. DO NOT use this roofer. When it starts off like this you can expect nothing but poor service. Im contacting Coldwell Banker right away to have this place removed from their list of vendors.

Honest - We had a hail storm 2 weeks ago and I wasnt sure whether or not we had damage enough to warrant a claim or not. I called AAA roofing and they came out the very next day to check it out. They were flexible with time, spent a good 15-20 minutes looking at my roof, and determined it wasnt damaged. They easily could have convinced me I needed a new roof based off of a few other houses in the area getting replaced, but were open and honest. Something that seems to be hard to come by with a fair amount of repairmen and contractors these days! I would highly recommend them as my dad(siding and windows contractor) recommended to me.

AAA roofing is and always has been my go to for roofing services. They have a great attitude and have been working in the industry for years. One notable aspect for their business is the fact that they are not interested in the upsell. They advise you with what you need and nothing more. They are a BBB certified company for a reason!
