My experience with Advanced Exteriors can best be described as terrible. I contacted them about some work they had done on my roof to tell them that the shingles and metal underlay were pulling away from the roof. I was told that they had to verify they had done the work and that they would get back to, which they never did. I had to contact them, at which time they said they had done the work, but that it was not under warranty. I expected this, but asked them to come check on the roof and see what they could do, and they told me they would contact me the next day abut setting up a time....do you think I heard from them, no. When I called to ask why I had not heard from them in almost a week I was told that I had no reason to be upset that I was not contacted as promised and that they were doing me a favor. Needless to say the level of professionalism is sadly poor, especially when dealing with Chad. Avoid this company if you want good service.

I contacted my insurance agent and Advanced exteriors sales rep helped me with the adjustor. He worked with me and the insurance company to get everything covered.. I saw a couple other places besides Advanced and the gentlemen that came out were not as informative or helpful. I highly recommend Advanced and sales man ,Steven James, that came out to my home and talked to me about all my options. My roof is now hail damage free and looks great! and when it came time for the work to be done it was so easy.Advanced Exteriors did the work, cleaned the area up. It flowed, after the completion, the rep stopped back out to ensure I was happy with the job. I was. This was the easiest construction project I have been involved with and if you have done any you know what a nightmare some can be. I recommend Advanced for your projects. I had my roof replaced/screens on windows replaced and wrapping replaced all had been damaged due to hail.

Advanced Exteriors came out and gave me a quote for my very large house to do a roof quote. When he came out and after looking over the roof he found some damage that turned out to be from hail damage. When he determined that hail had damaged the roof, he inspected the rest of the house locating some siding damage too. Advanced Exteriors had been wonderful to work with. I am a single mom and had been a bit nervous about doing such a large home improvement project as my roof; however, my fears were unnecessary with this company. Advanced Exteriors handled everything from dealing with the insurance adjuster to install and cleanup. Everything was fast, everyone was courteous, and the new roof is great! Would definitely recommend to anyone over the few other places we tried to deal with first. In fact, Sela just contacted us to see if we were still interested - 9 months after they gave us a ridiculous estimate and 9 months after AE got the job done. That should be all you need to know about either company.

They were very quick, clean and proffesional. We needed to add insualtion to our attic. We got several estimates and they were one of the lowest bids.
