One of my realtor clients used Barnhouse Exteriors and was very pleased, so when I came home one day to water dripping into my living room, I contacted them immediately. Their response was fantastic! They tarped the hail damage on the roof to prevent further water damage and worked with the insurance adjuster and facilitated a smooth claims process. Their representative had the latest in technology that enabled us to experiment with new roof colours giving us the confidence to select a shade we wouldnt have even considered had it not been for their program. Almost as soon as we made our selection their crews were on site. The installation of the new roof was done quickly and the crews were polite and respectful of our time and property. I have recommended and will confidently continue to recommend Barnhouse Exteriors to my friends and clients.

We needed a new roof on our house in golden valley and Barnhouse Exteriors was recommend to us. From the moment Dan Barnhouse showed up to our initial appointment I knew he was going to be a contractor we could count on. From the orginal consultation to the final clean up his entire team was extremely professional and treated my home like it was their own. Then 9 months later my home was affected by hail damage and what was going to be an uphill battle with my insurance company became a smooth and easy process once Dan took over. His team has now installed 2 new roofs for me and a siding project with amazing craftsmanship. If ever anyone is in need of a contractor I highly recommend Barnhouse Exteriors. They were excellent every step of the way.

Before Barnhouse Exteriors built our new roof, the damage was so bad that we were embarrassed to leave the house. After they did the work we were proud of our house and confident that we have a sound roof again! This was a wind/hail damage case through our insurance company. Both Jason Barnhouse and myself talked with our insurance case handler. For the most part it was a decent experience which would have gone badly without Jason. Whenever I spoke to our case handler and felt him begin to waffle, I would call Jason and he would call our case handler and go over the case again. We are so pleased with Barnhouse Exteriors that we intend to call them again for extensive exterior work!

Barnhouse did an excellent job managing my roofing project. Dan Okon was great to work with and did a fantastic job helping us understand the insurance and construction process . The crew worked very hard to finish our project on time and when I got home showed me some of the issues with our roof and how they fixed them. Afterwards, there were a few minor details that needed to be addressed and I spoke to Dan Okon about getting those details wrapped up and he was able to make it happen. I appreciate this companys honesty integrity, and attention to detail. It is refreshing to work with a contractor that follows through with the whole project. Thanks Barnhouse!

I had a very good experience, with Barnhouse Exteriors. The first person I dealt with was Daniel, very good salesman. I had a very high deductible, & he helped lower it significantly. If it werent for that, I wouldnt have been able to afford it. I even got a new garage roof. The owner was here checking out everything, & Daniel was here more than he would have had to. Very helpful. The men who did the roof, worked on the 3rd, & 4th of July, the hottest days, hard workers, didnt take enough breaks, as far as I was concerned, they worked from 7am, until 7:30, 8 pm. I am very happy with the work, & all the service. I will refer them to anyone who needs a roof.

We had our roof replaced over a month ago. Our roof looks a million times better!!!! Job was done in less than a day. Everything was clean. There were no signs of loose nails or any kind of mess after the guys left. Very professional from beginning to end. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any exterior work done. Weve had our roof done by a different company before and compared to Barnhouse Exteriors, the other company were amateurs. These guys did an excellent job.

Barnhouse did an excellent job on our roof! They were reliable, trustworthy, and very CLEAN! I was really worried about finding nails all over my yard and after a walk about I didnt find a single one! We had a vent that ended up getting tossed around during a storm a few days after the roof was complete, and they came out and fixed it without any questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof that will last a lifetime!

The good: theyre responsive and fast. The bad: caveat emptor! They may tell you that you need more work, like a whole new roof, all new everything, etc. when you dont. Miraculously a roof inspector and someone who had done a previous repair never said this. Maybe it was because I couldnt be on site or I was a female that I experienced this. I may be blonde, but, too bad for you Barnhouse, Im not stupid.

I had a great experience working with Barnhouse Exteriors from the beginning to the end. They take a lot of stress off by handling the insurance stuff. What I liked most about them is that they do quality work and took their time to ensuring I would be happy with my home. I would defintely use them again in the future, They are aproachable and easy to work with.

Employees and owners are extremely helpful and skilled in their field. The owners are extremely hands on and apart of the day-to-day business. I would recommend Barnhouse Exteriors to my family and friends. They were professional and got the job done quickly and as they promised. They replaced the main roof on my house plus a problem flat roof on another part of the house. Other roofers didnt want any part of the flat roof but Barnhouse was willing to attack the problem and fix it.

I do not recommend Barnhouse to anyone. They will mislead and take advantage of you if you dont know anything about roofing or interior/exterior. They do not stand behind their words. Always make sure everything they say or promise is in written paper/documents because they will tell you what you want to hear and later deny the whole thing.
