We recently completed a large basement finishing project with Roof Time, Inc. It consisted of creating a guest bedroom, office, family room, and bathroom. We have never before had such a smooth experience with any contractor (and we have worked with several over the years.) First of all, Mitch is a very good listener, and he is a very detailed thinker. He put a lot of time into meeting with us twice and putting together a very detailed proposal and bid before we ever signed a commitment to him. This effort on his part made us feel like our business was valued. Most of all, it meant that the actual project costs came in right where he said they would. There were no surprise cost increases, only some decision upgrades of our own. Mitch is an excellent project manager. He uses subcontractors who are high quality and experts in their respective areas. He schedules the project as efficiently as possible. In our case, what we thought would be an 8-12 week project took only 4 weeks from beginning to end with Mitch. Someone was here working every day. Mitch checked in on the progress several times a day. We did not have to do any communication with the subcontractors ourselves. Mitch made sure the space was cleaned and prepped for the next step all along the way. He also did some of the miscellaneous detail work himself, and he is very skilled at that as well. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Roof Time for interior remodeling/finishing work, and I will definitely call him for future projects, both inside and out. His customer service goes above and beyond.

When our home was damaged this past spring in a storm, we felt bombarded and overwhelmed by shady storm chasers knocking on our door day and night. Thankfully, Mitch with Roof Time, Inc. came to us by appointment (don’t trust the door knockers!! We have many neighbors who went with these fly by night types and ended up with a giant headache dealing with insurance company woe’s and incomplete work). We were provided with a hassle-free, ethical and high quality repair experience. I found Mitch to be straightforward, honest, available for questions and importantly, a strong advocate for us when dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to explain the entire process and he really went to bat for us to ensure that all the damage was covered by our insurance. All of our repairs where handled in a timely manner on a schedule that worked for us! Our home is like new, you would never know there was any damage, all the materials and workmanship was of the highest quality! My family and I purchased a brand new home in Savage that was in need of a finished basement, patio, deck, fence, and other small miscellaneous jobs. We found Mitch to be very knowledgeable, timely, thorough, detailed, competent, and professional. We never received false hope in regards to cost and work timelines. Mitch presented us with options in a simplified manner and let us make our own decisions without swaying us one way or another. He was also very considerate of our family situation at the time of the construction and worked with us to schedule certain projects. He is very trusted and we had no problem giving him access to our house when we were not home nor did we question him giving his workers access to our house if needed. We have had contractors work on our previous homes and we were definitely the most satisfied with Mitch and his coworkers. Mitch cares about the quality of work done and to this day we know we can call him at any time with questions (our pictures made the basement finishing portfolio)!

My experiences with Roof Time have been great. In September 2015 they replaced a small piece of siding that was missing from my house. Mitch came out and was able to find an exact match for my siding and provided a very reasonable estimate. Mitch went out of his way to combine my order with another so that I didnt have to purchase a full box of siding, which saved me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money. I also used Roof Time in April 2015 to replace some damaged fascia and soffit. I received the same great service at a reasonable price for this repair as well. Both of the jobs were small, but I felt like valued customer I would definitely use Roof Time again and highly recommend them.

Mitch is class act. He is prompt in getting to your job site and is very thorough. In one instance he actually declined to do work that other contractors had quoted. They were stating I had storm damage. Mitch could have said the same but declined. I really respect him for not having followed suite. If you need it done right, on time, and within budget i would use him every time. Ethics and Integrity follow him and that is his differentiator.

In our roofing project, Roof Time Incs bid was the most detailed and comprehensive AND most competitive. That was important as I paid from out of pocket. The actual experience was exactly as promised. The owner, Mitch is not afraid to get up on a high pitch roof to inspect the work and make sure it is done right. I was impressed by his concern that the home owner is satisfied. What is tough job on a hot summer days. I am glad I chose Roof Time.
