I bought my house 1 year ago...The roof started to leak 5 months after I purchased the house...I had a roofing company come fix it...SeveraL months later it started to leak again. Roofer would not come and fix his repair or answer my calls.....When I heard about Heyn Bros, from people that had work done on their homes I was impressed and called them myself..very quickly they came out assessed the situation discussed my options and printed an estimate right then and there.. Heyn Bros was very courteous and professional right from the start and Handled my repair in the very same care and workmanship as if I had been a much bigger client... I would definitely recommend Heyn Bros. to anyone whether the work needed is a small job or a very big job you will be handled with the same quality of work and care. Thank You Heyn Bros... Bret R.

Heyn Brothers has been nothing but a headache to work with. We got new windows and siding from them 4 months ago. One of my windows is leaking water and some of the other windows leak air on windy days. If you look out the windows my curtains move when the wind blows. I have called our sales person several times about this issue. He has assured me that someone else will call me about this issue and no one has called. It has been 15 days since I have heard from anyone there. Every time I have called the office it goes to voicemail. Seriously if you are looking for a company who will stand behind their product and fix any issues that come up dont choose them. This has been a nightmare and I am so frustrated.

I am a very satisfied and awed customer of Heyn Brothers. A new roof has been installed on my house with no distress or frustration on my part. The salesperson (Brad) was extremely helpful and personable throughout. The work crew had a very hot day to do their job, but nevertheless performed their tasks thoroughly and carefully. The entire job, from initial cost estimate to final cleanup, was done within the timeframe described and done very well. The new roofing job was one I dreaded, but it turned out to be the easiest construction or rehab work Ive ever had done to my house--all due to the professionalism of EVERYONE at Heyn Bros.

We had Heyn Brothers replace our roof after we had hail damage. The process was so positive and Brad was very patient with me as I hadnt dealt with such a thing before. He made sure we got exactly what we needed and when the workers came to do the job they were so efficient and professional. They worked a long day then a partial morning and our roof is now beautiful! We had a leak previous to this being done as well and now - no more leak and we sure know we have been getting plenty of rain to test it. Thanks Heyn Brothers - we recommend them to everyone.

Rick and I are very pleased with our experience with Heyn Brothers. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, but overall we are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality we received. We had shopped around with other competitors and Heyn Brothers was the only company that responded to our questions, returned our calls, and gave us an estimate right away. It is refreshing to know that there are still some honest companies out there! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.

Very satisfied with Heyn Brothers. We contacted the salesman (Bill), who set up and appointment for an estimate. The order was placed and we were given an approximate time frame for the work. We were notified a few days prior to actual day of work. The crew arrived on time on the day and completed the job in less than 8 hours. They left the site clean and neat. We are very pleased with every aspect of the job. The new roof looks great!! The customer service couldnt be better.

Heyn Brothers Construction gave us an estiamte for mothers home and started and completed on time. They then hit us with a bill for $2100 telling us that the roof sheeting was rotted and had to be replaced. If it was rotted it was rotted and needed to be replaced. They could have at least told us before they handed us a bill for 30% more than our original estiamte. I recommend if they tell you a price to add a third to it because I suspect they do this to ALL their clients.

Heyn Brothers Roofing did a great job for us. The person that came to the house was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process. They helped me pick out the perfect type and color of shingle. They finished the job in 1 day, were friendly and helpful during the job, cleaned up the yard, and called to make sure we were satisfied. And best of all, they saved me a ton of money.

Terrible job roofing. Tons of issues torn shingles put on, tore off our siding in the process, crooked rows, did not reattach our gutter. Came back to fix forgot to fix some. Came back to collect money promised to fix its been months now have a basement full of water because my gutter is not attached to my house. Brad the sales guy biggest liar would never hire or trust this company again!

From start to finish it was a first class affair. The crew arrived at 8 am and had the old shingles off the roof and shed by 10 am. This roof is not a small roof. I was impressed at the work ethic the crew had. I was on site the majority of the time and noticed them break 1 time for lunch. They completed the job that day. Good job Heyn Bros and crew.

We had Heyn Brothers come and replace the siding edging around our 3 garage doors. What a difference that made. The dark brown had faded so much over the 22 years. Now it matches our new garage doors perfectly. We were impressed by everyone that was involved. Great people to work with. Cleaned up so good afterwards also. Highly recommend them.

We had roof damage due to hail. Heyn Brothers came out the NEXT DAY to check the damage and they even came back when our insurance adjuster came to the house. Once we were ready for our new shingles, they had it done in ONE day! Great customer service and smooth transaction the whole way through! Thank you Heyn Brothers for a job well done.

We love our new metal cottage style roof. It looks wonderful on our very old brick house. We were very impressed with the crew and their work. The crew that came to my residence did an excellent job and got the job done in one day .They roofed the house ,garage and shed in 12 hours considering it was hot and muggy that day.
