The process leading up to closing and the closing itself went really well. However, it wasnt until months after my closing (seriously, I closed in the end of July and got notified in October) that I realized there were problems. My insurance company was claiming they never got paid. At first I thought theyd lost the payment and went through many calls trying to locate it. However, a month and a half later we realized that my payment had been sent to the WRONG insurance company. My insurance policy closed due to non-payment and I had to open a new policy. Im still waiting on a refund from my original policy. Triple check details when working with Edina Realty. I would not recommend them.
