Greg Anderson and the staff at Remax Advisors West in Chaska, MN have been the only real estate team we have used since moving to Minnesota. Greg and his team helped us purchase our first home in the state and just recently they helped us sell that home and purchase a new home. In 2004, we needed help finding a home not even yet knowing which city we were going to live in. Greg Anderson sent one of his colleagues out to meet us and help us begin to narrow down the housing markets which most met our needs. Every weekend we had available we made the trip to Minnesota to look at homes. Greg made sure that our time was well spent and eventually helped us decide on the home and the city where we would live. So in 2016, when we decided it was time to move again there was no question who we were going to call. We called Greg and he spent close to 12 months helping us once again locate our next home. As we sorted through our options he worked with us firsthand himself setting up all the home showings, meeting us at the homes, and providing the feedback we needed to make a decision. Earlier this year, in 2017, he got our house on the market and got it sold in a 3 day window (on a holiday weekend!) necessary to meet the performance clause of a contingent purchase agreement. He made sure we got the home we wanted even under some near impossible negotiating circumstances. He risked his own realtors commission so that our offer would not be outdone. We are very thankful Greg was our realtor and know we would not be in our new home if it was not for him and his team at Remax Advisors West. He treated us like friends not just clients. He put our needs first. His customer service skills are second to none. The time and effort he invested in us was second to none. If we have a need to move again there is no doubt who we will be calling. In addition, he also helped us sell one of our parent’s townhomes in a very timely and professional fashion. Greg and his entire team were fantastic! If you want a realtor with a wealth of knowledge and experience Greg is the professional you are looking for! We recently sold and purchased a home and they were so helpful and very knowledgeable through the whole process. With his experience he was able to answer all of our questions and had many great connections within the community to give us great referrals for various services that we needed. We had sort of a time crunch but Greg was available for showings whenever it was convenient for us. We also have 3 small children that needed to come with us to most of the showings and Greg was more than patient with them and happy to have them along. He even offered to entertain them while we looked around at the house! We are not the type of people that like to be sold something and we really appreciated that Greg was able to give expert advice, answer our questions, and give suggestions for home improvements when needed but not try to sell us on anything. At the same time he offered practical advice like room layouts long term as our kids get older. He was also very respectful of our price range and did not try to oversell us on something or show us properties way above what we were looking for. We really appreciate all of their wonderful help! Greg and his team will be the ones we refer everyone to who is looking for a fantastic realtor with a great team!

My husband and I bought our first home last year with Greg Anderson – he was incredibly patient with us as we figured out what we were looking for, where we wanted to live, and what we could afford. We never felt pressured to buy, and he was with us every step of the way from showings to making an offer to the inspection to closing. As first-time home buyers, we knew little about the process, but Greg explained everything in detail, making sure we understood. He was extremely professional, but also very friendly – getting to know us personally and making us feel comfortable. Greg was always available to answer questions or look at a house with us – in fact, we looked at the home we bought the very first day it was on the market, put together the offer with him that same night and submitted our final offer the following morning – with Greg’s expertise we won the ‘bidding war’ by a narrow margin and closed within 2 months! We recently made a move to the Waconia area and worked with Greg at RE/MAX Advisors West as our buying agent. Greg really knows his stuff in the SW metro. We moved here from WI and Greg was able to provide us with info regarding schools, churches, restaurants, traffic, etc. that really was helpful in deciding where to focus our home search. Greg was always available and attentive, answering all calls and emails promptly. Greg also made available to us an online signature system for the offer/counteroffer process that made things much more convenient for my wife and I as we were living in different states. Greg even met me at a scheduled showing (actually ended up being the house we bought) during a full on whiteout blizzard. I was coming from 3 hours away and didnt know the weather here would be as bad as it was but he was there on time regardless. I would highly recommend Greg as a buying agent and I can infer that he would also be a great listing agent.
