My wife and I worked with Mark Hronski of The Minnesota Real Estate Team to sell our old house and purchase our new house. Mark was fantastic in helping us gather and put together relevant information about our old house to get it ready to sell and on the market. Our old house was in a good neighborhood and was relatively brand new, but it had some "issues" with the lot and driveway (steep angle - bad for MN winters). Mark did a nice job of accentuating the positives and eliminating the negatives and making our house as attractive as possible to potential buyers. Mark also tracked down the relevant information we needed to have to formulate an offer on the house we purchased. We wanted to buy a property on a lake, so there are some unique aspects that go along with that type of a purchase. Mark was able to help us evaluate potential purchase opportunities and ultimately settle on the house that we eventually purchased. He worked on both transactions on the same timeframe, which was a bit of a challenge because the buyers of our old house were from out-of-state. Two of Marks biggest strengths in real estate are his responsiveness and communication. Mark was extremely responsive when we had questions or needed information, and he was very good about communicating things with us as they happened so if a decision needed to be made quickly, it was. There was not a time when my wife and I thought that we werent being kept up to date and fully informed about the process. Also, the sellers agent for the house we purchased was somewhat interesting to deal with. Mark did a masterful job of working through a number of issues with the agent to get the deal to the finish line. After a number of fits and starts, he was able to get us home. We absolutely love our new house and we can thank Mark enough for his great work in helping us get there. We would (and have) recommended Mark and The Minnesota Real Estate Team to other potential buyers and sellers without hesitation.

While we were searching a Realtor for buying a house, we have tried 3 different agents but we couldnt get any help from them because one kept sending us the list without filtering, one was acting like a sellers agent trying to sell the houses we didnt like. Then I called this team based on those reviews and I got the answer! Kevin Curtis is a THE Realtor who has a decades experience on both appraisal and Realtor fields.He is very knowledgeable and reasonable, he really knows about houses. He is able to collect the hidden but important information by looking at the house at the first glance. He is also very good at communicating and negotiating. He is punctual and very easy to work with. You will always get his response in a very short time for any questions you may have. And, he was very patient while guiding us through the whole procedure and made it an easier and pleasant process for us. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and definitely will have him as our Realtor again if we need. Thank you Kevin, you are our good luck to get our dream home!

I phoned Mike Thompson with The Minnesota Real Estate Team on a Saturday morning. He answered his phone unlike other realtors I phoned that morning. Mike listened and asked questions to understand what we wanted. His knowledge of the region helped us wisely narrow our search area. After viewing a couple homes with Mike, he made observations about what he perceived we liked and did not like. Mike learned what features mattered to us and then applied his expertise to search for such properties. He made sure we saw a range so that we did not "miss" something. He saved us time by listening to what our needs were and then finding homes that fit us. When we decided to make an offer, Mike used a computer tool to analyze the market and ascertain a reasonable price. He saved us money because his knowledge of the market conditions enabled us to make a lower offer than we expected. Mike kept track of details and listened then responded efficiently. I need to tell everyone how wonderful Sandy was during my search for the perfect home. First she spent countless hours looking at probably 30 or more condos and townhomes. When I found one that I wants to remodel she went to the city to get the plans for my builder to view. She was amazing thru the whole process. The mortgage turned out to be a hardship and at one time she was the one that thought we should relook at the whole situation.
