My wife and I were looking to sell our Shakopee home as well as search for an upgrade. We did some research on potential realtors, and ultimately reached out to Gail and Andy after reading the reviews from other clients. Within minutes, I had a voice-mail from Andy looking to schedule an in-person appointment. We met shortly after and were blown away with their attention to detail and genuine care for what we wanted in a new home. Gail and Andy are the epitome of professionalism in the real estate business. Not only are they exceptional at their profession, but they are incredibly personable. If we ever needed anything, even at last minute, they were there. When you ask a question, or need help/guidance, they give you the honest answer. Within two days on market, our house was sold in multiple offers and we are currently building a brand new home with a large builder in Minnesota. A new build is definitely intimidating, and was not something my wife and I had considered going into this, but thanks to Gail and Andy’s insight, knowledge, builder recommendations and expertise, they made this process seamless in all areas. I can’t say it enough... these two are the best in the business. We highly recommend Gail and Andy for any real estate transaction. These two are not just in real estate to make money, they care about their clients and want to see them happy with something that may be a life long decision. The pre-work that was done to give us market assessments was very informative, the advice given on how to stage was very much appreciated, and the advertising they did (including hiring a photographer to take amazing photos) must have been perfect because the house sold in half of the average time in this market.
