I bought a home through Karla Derrickson from Mistys team. Home as listed by Jason Henness also from her team. Bad experience. Highlights... They charge $490 from buyers for Admin/documentation fee. Never have seen that before! It will come in the way of all smart home buyers! I got possession of the home 4 days after the closing because both agents teamed up to make false promises. House was left with significant trash both inside and on the driveway and heavy equipment in the basement. I had to pay $600 to get it all removed from there to avoid making neighbors mad! Karla wasnt there at the closing with the addendum she promised to bring to closing. After the closing she pushed me to go to listing agents office next morning and sign a modified addendum. I felt like left with no choice because I already ahd closed believing both of these agents!

It was over several months and multiple before I finally made a decision, and Karla was right by my side through the whole buying process. As this was my first home purchase, she made sure all the steps in the process were explained thoroughly, and executed properly. They even emailed me weekly on the status of the process and sent reminders of tasks I had to complete.
