I currently live in an apartment managed by American Leasing. I have complained several times about the trash around this small complex. It takes days with reminders to get the mess cleaned up. Ive lived in apartments for years and never have I seen such an uncared for complex. Im not certain that I will renew my lease at this point.

HORRIBLE company to lease from. They NEVER fix anything and chance lease agreements secretly after they have been signed. They are so unprofessional I will never use from them again.
