If your a buyer or seller that likes piss poor follow up and selling properties that they have part ownership in property that they are selling and not tell you about it, then you this company for you. I will NEVER use them again!!! Do not let the 1% difference then the other reputable agents are charging make you swing the wrong way cause you can negotiate them down to the 5%. This company will be have 2 law suites against them soon so check there BBB rating later!

Randy kubes is a great realtor! Chris kubes on the other hand is a horrible person to work with, any problems that may arrive he is full of excuses why its not their fault, no accountability whatsoever! He will try to seek you a turd painted with glitter and when the paint wears off says well that whats you bought
