Christa Marie has been cutting my hair (and my familys) for many years. I followed her to Melis Salon and have been very satisfied with the move. The salon is a welcoming and professional environment and the ladies working are very friendly and dedicated to making your hair look exactly how you would like it. I have difficult hair that is tricky to work with but Christa is very good at being patient and works diligently to give me the haircut I desire. In addition to this, Melis Salons prices are very reasonable for the high quality of work they perform. It is for these reasons that I would highly recommend Melis Salon (and Christa) to anyone who is looking for a new place to get their hair done.

Great salon, even for guys. :) The ladies there are fun and professional, and really take the time needed to do a good job. My HairMistress Christa is awesome, and if you have difficult hair like I do (cowlicks, etc) she surely can find a way to make them work for you, without breaking the bank. Another plus is they have convenient parking, none of this parking in a ramp and walking halfway around a mall. This is also really nice for seniors and the mobility impaired. If youre looking to try a new place for your hair, I dont think youll be disappointed.

I LOVE MelisSalon! but mostly I love Christa there. Ive been seeing her for years and she is THE BEST. She really gets to know her clients, their styles, what they like, etc. and she provides services that meet the clients needs. I also love that shes not afraid to tell you if she doesnt think something will look good on you! The salon itself is clean, everyone is friendly and you will be treated well. Check it out - You wont be disappointed.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have been going to this salon for about a year and absolutely cant say enough great things about it! They are brilliant with not only cut but also have a keen eye for color--from someone who loves to try different color on their hair, I really need someone who knows what they are doing...Christa Marie is just that person! I have never been more please with a salon. All the stylists are very caring about your personal needs, they remember you as a person not just a client. Their talents never seize to amaze me, they are incredibly talented and youll always leave there feel like a million dollars! Christa has been cutting my hair for about 8 years now and I wouldnt go to any other salon.

This is DEFINITELY a destination salon worth EVERY penny!!! I drive 40 minutes to get my haircut by Miss "Skinny Fingers," a.k.a. Christa, because shes been the only stylist in the last 10 yrs. who can cut (with scissors) my hair short without it looking like a buzz cut!!!
