I received a letter from Ford about a sale on tires. I decided to call around to find out if the sale was a good deal. I called Columbia Heights TIres Plus to see what their price was and the guy on the phone said he could beat Fords sale price. I decided to go with them. I brought my truck in and waited for a call to pick it up. An hour later I received a call from Tires Plus. The guy told me that two lug nut bolts were stripped and that whoever changed them last screwed them on improperly. Ford rotated the tires last and I trust them over these idiots. Then they told me because it would be unsafe for me to drive off of their lot I could not come and get it until it was repaired. They ended up charing me $250.00 for the repair plus the cost of the tires. Really think before you come to this place. Has anyone else had this scam pulled on them?

Quoted 30-60 minutes for an alignment. Informed about 110 minutes later that they cant do it because my tie rods are "rusted out". "Cant change 17 years of rust, haha!" I then ask the tech working on it whats going on and he informs me that he could do it but he doesnt have the sleeves adjusting tool. So its not rusted off, you just didnt have the tools because your store misplaced it. Oh and the tech started two days ago. Good riddance, not coming back to an amateur shop like this again. If I can remove all four rusted shocks in my own garage you should be able to perform routine maintenance, something your shop insisted on.

Came in for an oil change on a recommendation. I drive an 04 Jeep Liberty with over 130,000 miles which turns into pushy sales pitches for high mileage oils, not here! I also have pretty heavily worn tread on my tires again expecting a pushy up-sale... Instead of a sales pitch they simply mentioned the tread wear and recommended they get replaced at some point. Set me up with a quote on 3 different sets at multiple price points, after college graduation Ill be back for 5 new tires (so friendly and courteous Ill up-sell myself and do my spare tire at the same time)!

Ever since this morons started that Stupid "knock on your door" four oil change/tire rotation cards, they just became the biggest joke in four states! If Youa Vang still helping people behind the counter, you are screwed!!!! If you own a fairly new vehicle, you might as well bring it back to the dealership for any tire and maintenance repairs...these guys will take advantage of you!!!

Very decent prices for tires brought me here and the helpful staff won my repeat business. The next time I brought in my wifes car for an oil change (for $20 you cant change your own oil for much cheaper than that) and I mentioned she was having troubles driving in the snow. After talking about a coule options, ended up getting a couple tires for her car, too.

Called and asked for an appointment. Was told to walk right in. Walked in, waited at the front counter for 20 minutes with out ever being acknowledged. Packed up when to a competitor and had my oil changed before anyone at this dumpster fire even answered the front door.

Very good company! Sell apex tires of many kinds. Will allow you to come in and get free air after youve done business with them. Their tire warrenties are great and affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone and their staff is tremendous.
