My family has been going to Grandview for the last two years. The people who work at Grandview are trustworthy, fast, friendly, and professional. It is the ideal place to go. You can trust that they are giving you the best information, that their prices are reasonable, that they are fast, and that they will work with a kind and professional attitude. I never go anywhere else. The first time I needed them I was in my Tahoe with 3 children and a 100 pound golden doodle. One guy helped with my dog while I worked with my youngest who was upset. While I was doing this, another of the guys got me a cup of coffee. They just tried to make it a little easier on me. I keep coming back for maintenance and now my father and husband go there, too. What amazing customer service!

Grandview is the best tire shop in the business as they set the standard for the highest customer service and professionalism that I have seen in about 20 of the 50 US states. I called and inquired about having my all season tires replaced with my winter tires. Although the shop was busy, Josh found an open spot during the day, dispatched a runner to pick up my tires at my home. I showed up as scheduled and they completed the work in a very timely manner with an extremely favorable price. It doesnt ever get any better than this. No one wants to spend time in a tire shop but if you should find yourself having to…better call Josh over at Grandview and expect to be thrilled.

I was quoted $140. labor plus the cost of the bulb to change a headlamp in my 2008 Dodge Caliber at my dealer. Apparently, because of "advanced design", the only way to reach the bulb is by taking the wheel off, opening the wheel well, and then changing the bulb. Grandview not only quoted a price of $60 (including the bulb), they actually did it without removing the wheel or wheel well and charged a grand total of $43 (the bulb cost $30.). Ive been there before, and I will continue to patronize this very reliable, courteous and honest business

The front desks guys are so very helpful! When both bays were full for an oil change and cars were backed up and waiting, the front desk took my key and put my car in the queue. I really appreciate the extra service. Last week, February 25, 2015, Not only did I get my tires rotated, oil changed etc, but they informed me I needed a new filter. My expectation was to schedule another appointment for its installation. But, low and behold, the filter arrived just as I was about to leave. What service! Time is money...

A friend recommended Grandview to me because I was searching for a trusted place I could go to for total car care that wasnt my Volvo dealership. I had 3 issues that I asked help for. Josh, the manager, solved all 3 in matter of minutes with a cheerful attitude. My biggest concern was getting service that I didnt need. Josh immediately reassured me. My dealership would have raked me over the coals and not been friendly about it in the process. This kind of service is rare to find these days. The search is over for me.

Quick service, friendly staff, but they almost killed me. Recently got my brake fluid flushed here. They finished the job very quickly, which was great... but the first time I tried to stop the car after pulling out of their shop (which was at Vernon Ave -- very busy street).. the car didnt stop and I rolled right into the road. Luckily there were no cars coming at the time and I drove off (the brakes came to life after a half-dozen brake pumps). Pretty sketchy. ... there was free Caribou coffee though. 2 stars.

Taken my vehicle here for 20 years. Its always a different experience. Thus the 3 stars. One visit will be a 5 star and the next could be a 1 star. Unfortunately, it depends on the day and time along with the service youre having done. If youre sticking with a strict oil change you should be fine. They give you a complimentary car wash when youre done, but it doesnt rinse well, and never dries completely. So, with those things in mind...take it or leave it.

As a family, we cant say enough about the integrity of Grandview. Their oil service is what started our loyalty. Theyve changed our oil, checked air in a tire or replaced windshield wipers without trying to oversell us on product except when needed. The office staff is professional and has accommodated us to make sure our cars get the car they need. They are trustworthy and thats why weve been loyal customers for many years.

I took my car into Grandview for an oil change. The service was faster and the price was cheaper than Id gotten anywhere else. I also got a free car wash. However, the car wash is not touch-free. When I redeemed the free wash, it broke the antenna off my car. After I told them about it, they agreed to fix it free-of-charge without putting up any kind of fuss at all. Ill definitely be going back here for my future oil changes.

The right job done at the right price and on time! I have used Grandview for years. If there is ever a question or problem, they take care of it right away. Ive shopped price, and they always beat the dealer, and get the job done fast. Once bought some tires that they did not recommend but a friend told me to buy. Didnt like the tires, and they traded them in for others at full value after Id driven on them for a month.

Excellent Service. They know how to treat the customers. After knowing about these service center, I stopped going to the dealership for oil change and other minor services. All service comes with free cash wash. They even vacuum the car, fill windshield liquid, check tire pressure every time I go for oil change. I dont know other service centers do this. Pickup and drop available for all customers.

Its a fine place to take your car for simple things like alignment and such, but I would go elsewhere for anything that requires troubleshooting. The last 2 times I brought my car here they scanned it, found "the issue", fixed it, and within a few days the check engine light is back on and they were chasing the same issue. The third time in a row I refuse to go back.

Good service. Pricing seems competitive. Seem honest despite comments I see here from others. Used them for many years on multiple cars. Yes, they generally find something to work on, but I have also had them check things out and find them just fine with no charge. Quick oil change with full service shop makes things easier to keep with with auto issues.
