Came in with a coupon $99.99 per axle to get new brakes ! Cool , great price . Get my tires off tell me well you can wait you dont really need breaks now. And my dumb ass no go and change them . I feel like they need to be changed. Walk out spending $752 so $200 for breaks And I guess $500 for the rotors. Why would I need new rotors if I technically didnt even need new breaks yet. Then they tell me my brake light is on and they have to figure out how to shut it off . Because no it was not on when I came in . Oh the sensor for your brake fluid broke when we emptied the brake fluid . Oh okay . Well over night the part and fix it tomorrow Well how is the brake light off is the sensor in there is broken ?!?! Icing on the cake . I walk out the door get in my car make it not even to the exit of the parking lot now my car is making a very loud clicking sound it was not making before. Ive been her since noon . A 2 hour job has now turned into a 4 hour job . I had a appointment and my car sat in the parking lot for a hour before thy even pulled it in the garage. 4 hours and a headache later and Im still waiting on my car . Honestly wish I didnt even come here today

This place doesnt scam women. Do you know how valuable that is? After years of extra expense for unneeded repairs--many times, too many times, it is sickening--it has been a TOTAL PLEASURE to deal with these folks. They are polite all the time, explain things well, dont push you to buy stuff, do good work, are flexible if you need to change appointment time, will pick up and drop you off, can help people as a drop-in. They have a very good coupon program, ones actually worth using. Im kind of surprised at the ratings the two guys gave this place, but maybe they were being ________ or expecting services for free. Ive never seen or heard anything like that when Ive been in there waiting. Sometimes theyre a bit slow, but usually that has been when then they have to order a part to be delivered that day (a service to you) or Ive arrived as a non-appointment person who theyve fitted in. Theyre really great, Id never go anywhere else, theyll beat quotes from competitors, too. Now, the waiting room...! THAT could stand some work, but is tolerable if not particularly comfortable. Ladies--go to this place.

I feel that I need to counter some of the negative reviews posted here. I discovered that there was a nail in my tire causing a slow leak at 6pm the night before I was supposed to leave on a family road trip. The nail was near the sidewall so I was uncertain whether it could be plugged. The representative at Tires Plus told me they would look at the tire that evening if I brought it in before they closed at 7. Without an appointment, they looked at my tire that night and (correctly) determined the tire could not be plugged. They had the exact tire I needed ordered from a warehouse for the next morning (at an excellent price compared to what I found on the internet) and said they would have it by 9 am the next morning. I got a call at 7:30 am that the tire had arrived, I got to the shop at 8 and the tire was installed by 8:30. I interacted with four separate customer reps during the process and they were all friendly, motivated and helpful. I also spoke to one technician who was eager to help get the job done correctly and efficiently. Im not sure what else I could have asked for from a tire shop.

Took my car in to have a tire repair and the work was never done! I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes while they claimed to be patching a slow leak in my tire. When I got my car back the tire light was still on. I thought that maybe after I drove it for a while the light would go off after it recalibrated, nope, no such luck. I pulled my car over at a nearby gas station and took the tire pressure manually. Of course, the tire pressure was still low so I had to fill it up. Now, my conclusion is that tires plus did NOT provide the service that said they did and charged me money for a service that they did NOT complete. Really tires plus???? Youre a horrible organization. After my experience with this place I took my car to have the tire actually fixed at another local car mechanic. Just as I had concluded, they told me that nothing had been done and actually did the work that I brought my car in for.

I ordered a winter tire/rim set online (Tire Rack). I self-installed, and it didnt go well -- the wheels were grinding against something metal. As soon as I heard grinding and it felt beyond my expertise, I called the Southdale/Richfield Tires Plus, and they have been so helpful ever since. They diagnosed the problem for only $10, got my summer wheels back on, and repeatedly assisted me with customer service for the online retailer in getting the whole matter sorted out. (The rims provided by the online retailer were slightly too small, despite supposedly being matched for my car.) In the end, Tires Plus ended up finding rims that fit perfectly, and remounting my online-purchased tires. The rims were almost exactly the same price, and the price for remounting was very fair. They were so helpful and friendly through the whole thing. It felt like such a newby disaster, and I really appreciated their help.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was not greeted when I came in- no one helped me as I had an appointment already and needed to check in. I had to get their attention to get things moving as they were sitting there on the computer. Then after an hour of waiting to get my oil changed, they tell me that I ABSOLUTELY need to get new struts on my car with 60,000 miles on it. They are leaking and they must be fixed. Hmmm... well when I took my car to my private mechanic this morning he told me that I in no way shape or form need to get new struts--- not sure where they pulled that fix out of. Good try Tires Plus- not gonna rip off this girl! You think you can tell women who "dont know much about cars" that things need to be fixed when they absolutely do NOT. Wont be coming in again for ANY services, lost my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about how crappy your service is.

I used Tires Plus website to schedule an appointment online. I "booked" my appointment on Monday and selected one of the few times remaining for the upcoming Friday. The email I received said, "If for any reason we cannot complete your requested appointment time, we will call you directly to discuss other convenient appointment options." I never received a call but decided to call on Thursday night just to make sure. I was told that its always better to call as there is a problem with the online appointment scheduler and that they never got it or never did anything with it. Now they are all booked until late next week. Why even have an online schedule appointment if the employees there never do anything when it comes through or if it truly doesnt work? They also never tried to make the situation right which is why I give I’m giving them one star.
