I had an oil leak. I made an appointment online, which was really convenient. The day of the appointment, I happened to arrive an hour early (noon instead of 1pm). Anthony (the service advisor) asked pertinent questions and listened to my concerns. Shortly after that, I got a call from Anthony: the dealership that had changed my oil had not tightened the oil plug, so it was very loose. I got my car back faster than expected, and Anthony didnt charge anything. Every time I visit this Tires Plus, I get treated well. Ive never had any problems there, and they meet or exceed my expectations. I feel like they deserve my repeat business.

I brought new tires and a wheel alignment on saturday..why on Tuesday night all the air in my driverside tire went flat.had to Call xxa.anyway went back to Tire Plus..WHY DID ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES STOLE OUT MY CAR...HIS NAME IS J.B. HES A THIEF AND THE BOSS NAME DWAYNE WAS IN ON IT......IM GOING TO KEEP POSTING UNTIL THEY ARE GONE. THIEVES AT TIRES PLUS BROOKLYN CENTER..owner need to call me..that was really messed up.I will never trust yall again and will keep posting.PEOPLE DONT LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR CAR.THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE IT AND ITS NOTHING YOU CAN DO CAUSE THEY STICK TOGETHER

Do not go here unless you want to waste your time & money. Bryan there is a crook. I went in to get some new tires.BIG MISTAKE. Dude told me that I need this and that done on my car. He told me that I needed a oil change/ transmission & coolant flush plus tons of other stuff. Gave me a quote of over $1k. Just give me my damn tires. Should went somewhere else. The serivce was horrible also. they took all day to install 4 tires.

Brought car in for oil change, manager talked me in to buying some cheap tires. Got car home, they didnt change the oil. Manager gave me coupons for 3 free oil changes that expired 3 months later. ************** For some reason I went back to get some tires mounted and balanced on some new wheels. The wheels were brand new in the box, I got them back and 2 had scratches on them and 2 centercaps were dented. Stay away!!

Love this place. Customer service is fantastic. The wait time is usually pretty reasonable as well. Everytime when I go somewhere else, I feel like things always go wrong with my car afterwards... So I always end up coming back here because I feel like the people here are honest. They are also friendly and very informative. I will keep coming here as long as I live!

Went there to get an oil change and our free tire rotation. They said it will be done in 45mins so I walked to the gym. 45 mins later i got a call saying my tires in the front didnt have enough tread. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD OVER HALF THE TREAD LEFT... Free lifetime tire rotation is bullshit. Never buy your tires expected a free rotation from tires plus.

Stay away! Go somewhere else if possible avoid bryan like someone else said they will over charge u. Had to wait 3 days for my car in which they had called me several times saying car would be done next day but find out the part wasnt in.

Duane and the guys helped at the end of the day after the really dude guys at vans automotive in Brooklyn center refused. I seriously cant say enough about the kindness and world class customer service at this location.

One of the person is so dishonest he removed all the permit of my vehicle, make sure everything is there the tail lights headlights and brake light all others when u go for vehicle inspection in tireplus.
