I had a terrible experience with Autopro. I brought my car there after reading excellent reviews on Angies list when my shifter on my manual went out. I was informed that my transmission, clutch, brakes, and wheel barring needed to be replaced. I was looking at $3000 worth of repairs, and it was recommended that I junk my car and buy a new one. I very felt EXTREMELY pressured that if I didnt do exactly as I was told, I was going to be incredibly unsafe driving the car. I was shocked because I drive a manual thats not that old, and was confused at why the transmission would have gone out. I did some independent research and learned that a pin inside the gear shift mechanism very commonly brakes in the Ford Focus manual models. The mechanic did find a faulty pin on further inspection, but still wanted to replace the transmission and refused to just replace just the pin. The mechanic refused to do the work unless I either replaced my transmission, or signed a liability waiver stating that I was completely at fault if anything went wrong. I had my car towed to a new shop, were he knew the exact problem right away and replaced the pin. My car now runs like brand new for $350. I almost junked a PERFECTLY GOOD CAR or dropped $3000 had I listened to Autopro. Thank goodness I did my own research.

These guys are the best autoshop ive worked with in more than a decade. I was in a real tight spot when my junk car was totaled due to a combination of a broken temperature gauge and a leaky radiator that ended up bending pistons. I dont have AAA so I googled the closest shop and these guys came up with good reviews. I was in a venerable spot and they totally could have ripped me off, but the tow charge was about half what I was expecting. Then they went above and beyond any shop Ive ever seen. They verified that the car wasnt worth repairing and was basically junk, they let me keep the car on the lot for over a month, and then connected me with a Junk Yard that would pay for the parts, and at no extra cost! These guys are incredible. I think they deserve the national auto customer service award if there is such a thing. Would recommend everyone take their car to this shop!

I had a rough time finding a decent place to bring my rusty but trusty After I made a mistake and caused some moderate damage to the right rear end wheel. After getting it towed to and from one auto shop I did my research and found these guys. The last shop actually told me they judged me as not being able to afford them and the services and decided to not even try to work something out with me for services. Not Darrin, although he HAD to have known his work was cut out for him. I told him what my budget was and he inspected everything and over two visits came up with two affordable solutions at a wonderful new customer discount for both! My 99 durango is back in business solely because the man made out his mission to help a guy in a pinch. I love these guys. Be as honest as theyll be with you and if its possible to make it work, theyll find the way!

I found AutoPro on Angies List. I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and sparkplug inspection online. My experience was great, Brett was polite, professional and he didnt pressure me to schedule more maintenance. AutoPros lobby is clean, quiet and they have WiFi! I spoke with a gentleman who was waiting in the lobby. He said he has been bringing his vehicles to Auto Pro for years and that "theyre trustworthy" in their work and prices. Thats exactly what I experienced. They completed the work and multi-point inspection on my car in a timely manner. The price was great. Ill definitely be going back to AutoPro, they genuinely care about their customers! :-)

Ive lived in the area for most of my life and remember when this shop was turned into Autopro. Its always been convenient but it seems like in more recent years there have been so many improvements! Not just cosmetic but also with the services that are provided! You know up front what to expect and you arent surprised at the end because there are no secrets! The staff is great and friendly and always working to help you out the best they can. It really seems like they understand your day took an unexpected turn and they do everything they can to get you back to where you need to be! I recommend my friends here and they all say the same thing! Great experience!

I recently moved out of the area, but I still make the trip to Auto Pro to have work done on my cars. They stand behind the great work they do, and theyre honest and fair. A prime example: I brought my car in for some work a couple of years ago, and during that visit the Auto Pro guys noticed that the brakes they had worked on about a year earlier were in bad shape. I was unaware of any problem, but they proactively offered to replace the brakes at no charge because they were under their warranty. They could have said nothing. Thats integrity, and its hard to find in the auto repair business. Thanks guys!

Darrin and John at AutoPro are awesome. They fit me in when I can make it and they have always offered a car for me to use in the event they need my car for an extend period of time. Twice my schedule as change and I told Darrin I can only do one part (of two or three things) I needed done to the car. Darrin said, “No problem” will get it all done. He went back to my car and work on it with the service mechanic to make sure everything that was needed was done, even though I was the one that changed the schedule. I believe they give great advice and will work with on a budget.

We went for a problem in the parking brake in our Hyundai Santa Fe, it was quite unstable and needed to be pressed up. When they returned the car a strange noise appeared in the back wheels everytime we were moving back the car. They told us something was wrong with the front wheels (so something really different) but that sounded strange to me this problem to appear suddenly after the check, They pretended to do their best to fix it saying this problem would go worse. So far this noise has disappeared. Hope they didnt fix this issue they caused without telling us.

I arrived on time, they started on time and completed the agreed-upon work promptly. The waiting area was complete with decent choices of beverages and snacks and was comfortably warm. I look forward to bringing my car back. They were honest about the additional repairs that would need doing and gave me a priority break-down of what should be done first. I love it when I come across local businesses that are professional and provide great customer service, as they do at AutoPro. Thank you!

The best auto shop in town! Friendly customer services, honest and their prices are realistic. They genuinely care about their customers. Brought my Subaru STI there and even though the job was tough and my car had to stay there for a week, they updated me ASAP with everything theyve done or are doing to my car. Gave me a clear list of what they recommended me to do with me car. Their mechanics are really skilled! Made my car run like new! New loyal customer! Thanks.
