I stopped into Tires Plus for their oil change special on my way to Urgent Care. I asked how long the appointment would take, because I was in pain. The manager was visibly concerned about me suggesting I go to Urgent Care first, but I told him I made it this far, and I needed the oil change. The service was finished in a very timely manner, and when I approached the desk to pay for my oil change, I was waved away and told to get to Urgent Care. In other words, they would not allow me to pay for my oil change. I am sure this does not happen every time someone goes to Tires Plus, but things like this do not happen often in this day and age, let alone at a car place, so when they do, an act of kindness truly means a lot. I got into my vehicle with a smile on my face (in spite of the pain), and Tires Plus TRULY MADE MY DAY! Exceptional! :)

Im not a car guy by any means, nor am i mechanically inclined, but i do have a car i rely on for everything. When i noticed my tires starting to bald, i immediately called Tires Plus in Brooklyn Park. To my surprise i was able to make an appointment the same day. I had a lot of questions and Kerry helped anwser all of them. Not only was i impressed with the genuine concern for my car, and ultimately my saftey in my car, kerry helped me understand what was wrong with my car, and what they could do to fix it. Ive been to many different Auto Centers, and have left pretty upset, this however is not my experience at Tires Plus in Brooklyn Park. Thanks Kerry and the rest of the Staff for making my experience one i will never forget! Hopefully my car is good for now, but when something comes up, i know who i am gonna call. Thanks!

Went to Tires Plus to get a new tire for a car I was looking to sell. Tire was done when I was told it would be and the price was fair. Upon picking up my tire, I brought up questions I had about flushing my coolant on another car. The manager (his name escapes me) said he would be willing to do it at a discounted rate the following morning and it would only take a few hours. Me stressing about doing it myself, I took them up on their offer and was not disappointed. The manager and assistant manager that I interacted with gave me great advice and competitive pricing, and the assistant manager Kerry even took the time to fill up my tires himself rather than passing the task off to a technician. I would highly recommend this location for any tire or other automotive maintenance you may need.

went in for an alignment because I put on some coilover. I bought the lifetime package deal and the alignment was done. I came back 5 months later to get another alignment because I adjusted the coilover. The guy that was working there told me he couldnt do it for me because it wasnt a stock one. I got mad, so I told him " if u couldnt do it with these coilover than how come the first time when I came in with it u took my money n got it done n said I can come back n adjusted anytime I need too?". I complain about it n the guy said he will align it than. I waited for 2 hours still he didnt but just let my car sat there.i went to a different Tire Plus by Northtown Mall due to I still have/paid for the lifetime n they got it done within 30 mins.

I am a repeat customer of the Brooklyn Park location and Coon Rapids location. Ive gotten my tired changed four times and oil changes. The workmanship has been simile great, but customer service continues to get worst. Recently called and scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire change at the BROOKLYN PARK location. Only to pick up my vehicle to find they only completed the tire change, and then wrote on slip (oil change needed). They said come back and will do it for half price. Went back twice the next day and never could fit me in, and never offered any options to getting my service. I WILL NO LONGER BE GIVING MY BUSINESS TO THIS FRANCHISE

I had to get my heat fixed in my car . Kerry was there to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and he was straight forward on what needed to be done. I was able to get heat in my car in no time! They have a great staff at this location. Varney M. is also a great worker that works there. If I ever needed any help with my car I would go to those guys at tires plus in Brooklyn park. They do a great job in a reasonable time .

I received excellent service from this location! They are a speedy and friendly crew, (Timmy, and the rest of the mechanics) my tires were replaced in less than an hour! The front attendant/associate, "Obi", did an outstanding job taking care of me, and answered all my questions. He knows his tires, and he really works well with customers! I loved him! Will be sharing this tires plus with family and friends! The tires are awesome!

Great Service! FAST and helpful. Not pushy. No sales tactics. Made appointment for flat tire. I arrived early and they did all paperwork and got to work right away on the flat tire. In and out in less than an hour. Friendly customer service. Used 10% coupon from website & saved $25.

Took my Cadillac into them check engine light on It was running perfect at the time after getting my car back the check engine light was still on and the car was running terrible I would not recommend this place at all I would stay clear of this fraudulent place

Awesome location. Very friendly and I trust that they actually perform what they say they do. Tried the Maple Grove location simply because I could walk to shopping and was highly disappointed. Choose here over Maple Grove!
