I had taken my care in there for a diagnostic when it started acting up and running loud and rough. I paid quite a bit for them to tell me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and got a very high estimate to have the work done. The guy told me that driving my vehicle would not hurt anything and it would just be a little loud. I decided that I still probably should not drive it very much because frankly it didnt sound safe. My car completely died on the way to the dealer to get another opinion. The conclusion is my engine is completely shot and needs to be replaced. The catalytic converters are fine and I was told if the proper thing, the timing chain, had been replaced right away and not driven I would have saved myself the need for a whole new engine. This is my second attempt at going here since they are so close to my house. Each time I have received incorrect information. Now I am blaming the fact that I need a new engine on their mechanics incompetence to diagnose, but, their customer service was great lol

Chris and Bruce were very accommodating. I brought my sons Acura TL to another area shop for a timing belt issue. I was told by the other shop the fix would be about $3,000 for a rebuild is the timing belt breaking causing damage to the valves. In search of a second opinion I brought the TL to Chris at Complete Auto Service and he suggested taking a step-by-step approach to the repair to see how extensive the damage was. In addition he also offered worst case scenario advice which was much more reasonably priced than the competitor. Once the assessment was complete it was found the valves were not damaged at all and all I needed was a water pump and timing belt . All said and done Chriss idea but taking step-by-step approach to the repair save me over $2,200. Needless to say Complete Auto Service will be getting my business in the future. Even now as I write this review theyre working on the AC unit in my 2010 Nissan.

Had a check engine light on and brought vehicle in. Price to check code and diagnose was a little higher than I expected, but not extremely unreasonable and based on others reviews, felt comfortable getting an honest answer. After waiting for about an hour for them to check out my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by the answer given. Code was for a condition that was not currently happening. Despite their best efforts, they could not replicate error conditions. Nothing to fix or replace at this time. Keep an eye on it and bring back if it returns. Given the reputation of the auto repair industry, it was refreshing for them to not make up something that had to be replaced and charge me an exorbitant amount for it. Based solely on this one experience, I would trust these guys to give an honest answer.

Great service. I planned on doing work on my own A/C system. These guys had no issue evacuating the freon from my vehicle and recharging the system on a different day. I didnt feel judged for doing the work myself rather than having them do it. The guys here are awesome and do their best to fit you in right away. Ill definitely be coming back for more work.
