I found Jims to be the most appropriate place to take a car. I had troubles with a battery and brought it to one place who said I needed a new battery but didnt have the funds and the owner of Jims came out looked and brushed off the cables and tightened everything snug and was out the door. NO CHARGE! I now bring it there over any place in Grand Rapids. Great Customer Service!
