Lake Woods Chrysler has an amazing service department! I love getting my oil changed in their service department. It is easy to make the appointment and then you have a comfortable waiting room to sit in and read a paper, watch tv, and have a cup of coffee. So relaxing when you dont have a hassle or have to sit in a dirty waiting room. The service department is so knowledgeable and informative. They also tell me if I need any additional work prior to doing anything. I love the extra care they give me and my car even though I did not purchase it through them. Keep up the good work! I will be back.

I bought my car here and love it. The salesman was pushy and somewhat rude and so was the rest of the staff for that matter. Maybe it was my age, Im young and tend not to be taken seriously. I didnt like their form of dickering. The salesman would say one price and then go check with his team and come back with a completely different price. They did have some great prices and a very good selection to pick from. I cant say not to shop here; although, Im not sure Ill ever give them my business again.

They have a great selection to choose from with a very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Lake Woods even has a 5 star factory authorized service center and detail shop. Financing is available with multiple sources to choose. My good friend found their truck there and is totally thrilled with the truck and the service.

Bought 2 cars from here I am 50 50 on them 08 vw for 11,999 and the oil pan and tranny pan cracked and leaked all over the place not to pleased that they wouldnt assist me in fixing that issue being it was 12 days after I had purchased this some what expensive vehicle with low miles of 65k But on the flip side a 05 malibu for 5800 and had no problems at all higher mileage 140k when bought

Lake Woods Chrysler does a fantastic job in sales AND service! Two years ago I bought a brand-new 2013 Dodge ram pick up. It is a wonderful vehicle that has all the extras including a heated steering wheel which is important in Minnesota winters. Just last week I had my oil changed and my vehicle checked out for a trip down south . They told me my vehicle is in top shape! Brian, great job!

Ended up buying a car from these folks. They offered a higher interest rate then I was approved for. Do your homework and know what you can get approved for before you go in. Hate the upsell attempt by the finance manager, just say no.
